EZ Texting Truly Makes it Easy!

Overall, EZ texting makes our recruiting process simple and thorough. We are able to ask as many questions as we need prior to interviews. It is also very affordable!

Pros

EZ Texting offers us anonymity and ease of communicating with our future employees as well as our current employees. We are able to communicate with candidates before we hire and many of our candidates find it very convenient for them to communicate with us.

Cons

When forwarding to an outside phone number, the replies come back as just numbers. It would be easier for us if we were able to see who the message was coming from.

Overall I’m incredibly impressed with EZ Texting, the ease, the response time, it’s a win for me.

Pros

EZ texting is an extremely easy way to connect with your customers and vendors. I can create a text and schedule it within minutes. There is also an AI feature you can use to make sure your message is “on track.” I have found that my vendors are responding more efficiently through texting vs email.

Cons

The pricing is a bit expensive and the FAQ is not direct when asking specific questions through Chat. I found myself upgrading within months because I was going through credits incredibly fast.
