The calling and the recording part. The software is easy to use and is not that complicated.
Previously, this software used to create a little issue. the call doesnt use to happen properly likely it used to get hanged alot.

It is a very useful product and helps a lot in the day to day tasks of any recruiter.
FreJun is most useful for me when it comes to listening the call recordings. Being in the recruitment field, knowing and recording all the details are very crucial and FreJun helps with the most part of it.
Some of the drawbacks will include; not being able to view the list of calls that we made. (Facing this glitch for sometime now)

Frejun has become our day to day part of our life, We Got habituated to frejun as it is so easy to use and easy to remember anything.
In frejun we need not remember every detail which we have spoke to the candidates as it gets recorded we can go through it whenever we want to call them again.
I Don't have any to dislike about frejun as the frejun team has solved the issues quickly whenever we had a issue.

It's an overall good product, calls are getting connected easily, even we can listen to calls which we made, and others call also we can listen
If a candidate calls you and if you missed his/her calls then it's difficult to identify which candidate has called you, in that case his/her number should be display on the screen along with his number

The call recording is too good, It's worth we need not call the candidate for the second time if at all we forget some important message given by the candidate's, we can just listen to the recorded call and get the details.
On a very rare case if miss out the incoming call's
