Overall experience is good
It's an overall good product, calls are getting connected easily, even we can listen to calls which we made, and others call also we can listen
If a candidate calls you and if you missed his/her calls then it's difficult to identify which candidate has called you, in that case his/her number should be display on the screen along with his number

The call recording is too good, It's worth we need not call the candidate for the second time if at all we forget some important message given by the candidate's, we can just listen to the recorded call and get the details.

I had a good and a useful experience with Frejun so far and definitely would recommend to others to use the same.
The call recording and call tracking metrics are quite useful as it allows us to keep track of conversations and enables us to work more n our KPI
A few glitches at times is something that can be resolved in the near future.

- Call recordings are very useful to keep the track of the conversation with a client.- For privacy purpose it is best that we dont have to share our personal number with a client.
I don't have to share my personal number with a client. All of the conversations with the client are available on the platform so if I don't remember the last conversation I could just rely upon that.
When client call me back on my FreJun number sometimes i do receive notification, but i don't receive the actual call.

Very easy to place calls, makes quick work of an otherwise tedious task. Option to add notes for calls, along with their reason and status is quite good. You can simply take a look at the list of calls made, to see if you needed to take extra action for any. Incase you forget anything important, you can revisit the call recordings too. They allot a virtual number as well so that people don't get your personal number.
Sometimes it lags a little. Also while receiving a call back, it doesn't always notify you on who it is fast enough. But these are still minor drawbacks that I am sure will get fixed soon. Doesn't impact the quality by a lot as of now.

My overall experience with FreJun is really good because it helps me in keeping records of all my candidates and also for future purpose it is very helpful.
The most likely features of FreJun is - It records all the calls so if required we can listen all old data recording also and it is helpful in keeping track of all candidate contact numbers as well.
The least likely feature is sometimes its lagging and not able to make calls and also sometime we have to make calls multiple times when its not connecting properly.

The automated features of the software. Automated call recording of each call and call accounting is the most liked features of the software. along with one can also use it to track the daily dial count.
There is no such feature that one shall dislike about the Frejun software.

I had a positive experience using Frejun,Always thought of using this king of application as it keeps record and track of ppl connected with officially ,in a proper manner .
Easy of use,you just need to copy the number from the particular portal to paste and give a call straightaway.
As anyone calls back on the same number ,your phone will not give the identity of the person calling but would state frejun's number ,but on the software instead as a cover it has the name of the person that we would've saved earlier.
