I had a good experience with frejun as I Don't require to share my personal number with the candidates.
As the Calls get recorded, we need not remember every detail about the candidate in the call.
There is Nothing which I dislike about the product as it is helping us in day-to-day life and even though if we are facing with any issues the frejun team helps us out and solves the issue immediately

Satisfied and Good.
Can get calls to the given number any time like usual number. Records all the calls. Tracking calls. Can do Call from laptop chrome extension and mobile app.
Contact logs not displaying in mobile app. As a user couldn't track my call time in the Software itself, need to take excel report to view the call time. If any option easy to copy paste bulk contacts will be good.

Call recording, It's always available in Frejun tool. We can go back to the data base analyse for the further details.
Expecting more use features from Frejun, Few areas we need to manually enter the details.If can know the candidate names of missed calls that will help us to know the whom are talking too, Even before receiving calls

Overall experience was good as the product is easy to use and helps in tracking the call recording for business purposes.
Easy Calling, Trackig and Recording the calls.
For getting the daily report, the calendar time has to be mentioned frequently and once refreshed, the report shows the recordings of last 10 days.

The call tracker, the call recorder . I have been using frejun and love these two features, Also you get to know who is calling you back . Also I can keep a record of how many calls I have made.

It is simple to use and customer-centered. It's been running fine and there have been no challenges so far.
There's nothing amiss with the application which I could see. It could, however, include filters for: calls not answered, answered, and did not connect.
