Pros

I have great experience with that solution, I recommended to use this solution it's totally secure and free of cost.
Excellent overall, keeps me organized, and the ability to make folders for emails is great for organizing business records.
The ease of switching between screens and the auto save feature is a life saver. Gmail's ease of use is wonderful for all.

Pros

We were thrilled to find a cost effective solution to automate tedious tasks.
Even better is the ability to automatically save incoming emails and attachments as a pdf and record incoming work from clients.
One of the best features of Automatic Email Manager is its ability to filter our public email inboxes.

Cons

There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.
Can easily be hacked if your phone or laptop is lost. Hard to recover if forgot password.
I dislike the way it filters emails into spam sometimes. I have to monitor spam every so often to make sure I didn't miss any important emails.

Cons

The program does crash sometimes requiring a restart however we do not lose any jobs as they are stored up within the mailbox and begin processing again the next time the program checks in.
I am missing an exact and complete handbook in german.

Gmail Review

Reviewed 2 years ago

Overall, Gmail is an extremely great software for emails as there is simply no other software that is in the level that gmail is. .l

Pros

The software is very usefull and the best email manager. There is simply no other email manager that competes with gmail due to their advanced features and recognition.

Cons

While there are not many cons, I have personally noticed that gmail does not block out all spam and does not have many safety features other than spam blockers. With this generation being more easier to scam than ever, I think the safety features should be updated to fight scammers.

Pros

It is the most used manager due to the great facilities and benefits that google offers when creating a G Mail account. Most systems use authentication through gmail and it is one of the mail managers with premium functions for free.

Cons

The post limit is related to how much space is available remaining of the total used by the other google applications.

Gmail for educators

Reviewed 3 years ago

I have thoroughly enjoyed Gmail and prefer it over outlook.

Pros

Gmail is by far the best email platform for educators to use. Other districts that I substitute teach at use Microsoft outlook, but I find that students and staff find Gmail much easier to use. Through Gmail, we are able to utilize google meet and zoom with unlimited session times and allow for kids to fully learn in a distanced learning environment.

Cons

I sometimes mix up signing in to my personal email with the district email with automatic sign in, but this isn’t a big issue.

Gmail

Good for small enterprise

Reviewed 3 years ago

Gmail is ready to use solution , does not required any sort of infrastructure deployment so its suitable for more for small enterprises but for larger enterprise , the email filtering /sorting has to be efficient. Specially if you work for a IT department you need better control emails as you may need to low priority message or message coming from a particular email to go to a designated folder which you want to a look later on. Also google chat is not so well collaboration tool ( does not provide controlling others desktop) while in screen share, this little not so good google chat makes gmail a weaker email service as Teams works great for O365

Pros

SaaS, so no client like one you need for Outlook or Lotus Notes is required, just start using the browser you have on your device. Very well integrated with other google services, like drive , google sheet , contacts so easy to collaborate Google chat integration , do not need to buy another software for meetings.

Cons

Labels are inefficient way to sort messages Automatic filter rules so that email on arrival goes to a designated folder is missing or very complex to achieve. Focused email view is missing

Gmail

An indispensable tool today

Reviewed 2 years ago

I've used Gmail all my life and have never had a problem, it works fast and accurately, on any device, with excellent sync. The integration with third parties is unique and very useful for productivity and efficiency. He is simply the best at what he does.

Pros

Gmail is the email manager par excellence, the tools and integration with third parties that it does are simply unique. The spam blocker works very well, email composition is good, and grouping by tags works perfectly. A clear plus is that it is part of the Google ecosystem, possibly the best ecosystem of applications out there. It is without a doubt the best email manager, highly recommended.

Cons

Gmail has very few bugs, but I don't like the handling it does with multimedia files, it seems very simple and little worked. Also, personally, I think that a Notion integration is needed, I think that the two services would complement each other brutally.

I am using Gmail for both professional and personal use. It has an email filter option that allows us to block unwanted emails according to our input keywords. And it also has automatic spam and phishing email detection which saves us from hacking and malware.

Pros

Gmail is simple in design and anyone can use it without any technical knowledge because of its easy-to-use interface. It is the most secure email service provider and also has the most powerful search module. And another best part about Gmail is we can access it from any device.

Cons

Reliable cloud email

Reviewed 3 years ago

Once set up to your tastes, with a few different automatic filters and a layout that meets your needs, Gmail can sink into the background and be a reliable email client for years without requiring any maintenance.

Pros

It is a flexible email client that can be accessed from anywhere. I enjoy the quick access to information from connected services such as Google Calendar and Google Contacts.

Cons

I've experimented with all of the available themes, styles and Chrome Extensions in order to make give Gmail "dark mode", but none of them are quite adequate. There is no dark mode option which also turns the contents of emails dark.

Pros

Gmail is easy to setup and to register with it. It is completely free and and have a quite big space for storing all the email and the files that are attach to it. It is the first email provider service that i have use and still using it. The service is keep improving to cater all the user need.

Cons

One of thing that i want to see with Gmail is, automatic unsubscribing to the email list that i have not open after 20 or 30 email that they sent. It will also be good if they can automatically delete all the email list that i have unsubscribing since it will take some time to manually delete all the email.
