Easy to use. Friendly. Convenient. Integrates effortlessly with CRM.
Nothing. No complaints. Sometimes it doesn't sync to my local mail client, but that's ok.

Very good overall.
I find the tool overall easy to use and user-friendly, be it for profesional or personal use.
Maybe a better integrations with other profesional tools could be improved, such as the CRM and videocalls tools.

I have been using Gmail for many years now and I love it. I use a lot of different apps to manage my to-do's, calendar and I use the google voice plugin to be able to make calls directly from Gmail. Being an Android user its easy to access to my tasks, calendar and mail on every device and it is always in sync.
I wish that contacts was more integrated into gmail so it could function more lie a CRM. I know that there are options like Streak and a few others, but I have not seen anything yet that I thought was good enough to leave my current CRM.

How it integrates with our sales CRM. It helps you monitor your responses in only one place.
It’s hard to keep it organized when you are working with cold emailing.

it is the standard for free email. I love the Streak add-on that makes gmail a CRM
i dont like the inbox organized by conversation threads. I would prefer to have each email stand alone and separately in the inbox instead of linked by thread title.

With Gmail I am doing my business with my clients. The communication key the for any success business so my choice is the Gmail
It is free and has quite reasonable storage (even after 10+ years of usage my free space has not filled up yet)
It does not have any CRM capabilities. Apart of that it has all the other features such as contact list, calendar, todo and chat.

Overall a great experience 8/10
I enjoy that the software intergrates with my CRM. Makes it easy to use toggle between notes with clients.
The could use more personalization. Would like to pick what messages are sent back and forth between apps.

years ago we used outlook, and now I know of friends who still do. And have trouble with synchronization, etc. Though I cannot speak of personal experience with outlook anymore, the switch to gmail has made managing our email so easy.
it's ease of use, but above all, that it makes our email accessible 24/7 on any device, in the office, but also while away on mobile devices, on computers in hotels. Etc
basic crm functions, like reminders if an email is unanswered for more than ... days. However, this can be solved with third party extensions like boomerang.

Gmail> Outlook. If you are on the fence make the switch.
I like how it integrates with our CRM platforms. It is easy to use. Since we switch from outlook I have loved it ever since!
So far sometimes my templates don't load and I have to sign out and back in, but overall no complaints

I got to know about my customer behaviour and their needs,so I improve my content accordingly and hence it leads to more customer satisfaction.
I like its analytics part... You get to know your product and customer better.Once you understand, it gets easier to use and can be integrated with CRM software too.
Demo is not included... sometimes you have to keep on searching the features.one have to explore all the features by its own or has to take support of google.

Easy to use, it helps us to have more transparency in all our activities as we can integrate this Email mgmt to other solutions (Email marketing, CRM, Staffing and Recruiting platforms).
Gmail is part of Google Workspace, so back then when I first started using Gmail for Email management, it was a surprise that it came with other applications such as Google Drive, Chat, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar. Also, we've integrated Gmail with our CRM and Recruitment platforms, and we get all kinds of automated notifications to our Email inbox.
It gets a little complicated when we have the same email forwarded or responded to many times. I'd rather to see every answer (message) shown as a separate email in my inbox folder, but instead, they're all together in one unique email.

Very easy to search for emails which is a necessity when you have thousands of emails to search through sometimes. Easy to integrate with other systems in the market - CRM systems require a very good email provider such as Gmail.
Recovering previous accounts through Google can be a nightmare, and almost impossible. The grouping of email conversations is a bit annoying.

Gmail does everything from communication, to calendar bookings, and even video conferencing. It has helped us cut costs on other applications that Gmail has proven to compensate for, and it is actually better than the other apps. Keep up the great work!
Gmail is one of the best products I have used. The way it integrates with our CRM Salesforce platform is ideal for internal notifications for tasks and email collaboration. In addition to that we recently got rid of slack and just created several groups for our staff. Social Café group for general announcements and an Official Announcement group for major announcements.
There is not much I do not like about this software, it provides a single solution for a lot of things. One thing they can improve on is filtering on emails, it can get complicated and the filters do not capture everything, especially with SPAM.

Overall, Gmail meets all of my business and personal needs. I have just integrated the smtp services in my website with Gmail which stops my business emails from going into my customers spam filter. I like the options of how to set up how I view my pages and the integration with other programs make it an easy application to work with.
Gmail is my email provider for business and personal. I switch from Microsoft years ago because Gmail was an online service that I could access from anywhere. It is within the Google umbrella and makes it simple to integrate with my day to day activities. It comes with many options such as filters, various screen displays, multiple emails, forwarding, and much more.
The only con I have with Gmail is how the emails are displayed when the Conversation View is turned on. There should be more options when enabling this option. It is an option that makes STREAK CRM work better when turned on but it is not very user friendly. Most of my emails have multiple users in it so emails sometimes get lost in the shuffle.

The main pros of using Gmail are the integrations it allows with other software. We use gmail everyday as our email software internally, but we also use it for marketing purposes and syncing with our CRM platform and other services. There is a ton of storage and it is easy to organize your mailbox. I also appreciate the ability to sync with Zoom and the instant messaging features.
The use of labels and not folders. There are some search limitations within the inbox that aren't always easy to navigate.

We are so pleased with Gmail! Using it is easy and makes responding to emails easier!
We'e used Gmail for our company for about a year and have zero complaints! It is easy to use and easy to set up. The best part is that it has a plug in to connect ith everything from your calendar app to your CRM. IT's great! Plus when used in combination with Google calendar and the rest of the G suite, your life just ends up flowing seamlessly together!
No cons! We've loved Gmail! Sometimes I miss the smart inboxes of apple mail, but the rest of Gmail features far outweigh that one slight wish.

GMail is reliable email. Full stop. No backup hassles. Platform and device independent.
Labelling and filters makes organising of emails and finding emails at a glance easy. No need to create folder structures and complex rules. The settings are easy to navigate and the labs addons make efficiency improvements. Tons of GMail integration partners available too such as CRM and marketing email automation. Ability to add multiple accounts to one GMail account or log on to multiple GMail accounts at once.
Administration can be better but covers most requirements. Security auditing of users emails and retention settings could be improved.

I use Gmail for my personal use as well as the three companies I work for, all of them are using Gmail. I appreciate the ability to use those separate systems and store my signature, capture every bit of information I can so I can almost use Gmail as CRM, and the fact that options like scheduling email have started to show up as part of the platform.
I've used Gmail since it was first announced and it does so many things well that I have a hard time leaving it. First off, Gmail conversations is the way that email always should have been and that one innovation was life-changing. Search in Gmail is like a search of my life (for my personal account) and for all of my work (my business accounts), which I rely on heavily. I love have all communication forwarded to Gmail so I can use it in the same way that Evernote is used by others. Now that the app is starting to steal the best of Mailbox, Spark and other efficient email systems (but skipping the dopey innovations of upstarts like Hey!), I think we'll use Gmail for pro and personal email forever.
I miss the way that a Gmail search used to go across all of your documents and other Google files. I wonder if it was done from the privacy perspective but it's definitely something that I used to rely on.

I don't actually remember since when I have started using Gmail for my personal and office use. This powerful tool is now being used by almost every individual for mail communication. The best part of Gmail is the vast availability of tools which you integrate to simplify and streamline your professional and personal work. You can get an entire CRM, task management and many other functionalities in Gmail itself provided you incorporate right integrate right tools into Gmail. The best part is that it is free.
I didn't notice a single shortcoming. This is the best and powerful email tool one could get in his lifetime.

The way it works with all our tools for a seamless, productive environment is absolutely integral to the way our business operates.
Fast, customisable, easy to use - it's the perfect email client. I love the labels feature (other providers would call these folders) and setting rules for incoming mail to automatically be labelled. An organised inbox is key to a stress free working day! The seamless integrations with our CRM and Workflow tools make my life so much easier and more productive. Confidential mode is another amazing setting where you can set emails to 'self destruct' after a set period of time and making them read only - with the added layer of Pin Code security if you require it.
Remember to fix the 'undo send' function in the settings to 30 seconds (a wonderful idea) as the default setting is only 5 seconds, barely enough time to register you've made an error...or sent an email in anger.
