I prefer Gmail to most email management software because it's way more easy to connect to it. I mean, It's everywhere on smartphones and besides, I'm used to working with it already - anywhere, anytime I can simply tap the multi-colored M-icon on my smartphone, and (voila), I'm in my inbox. All I'm trying to say is that it's stressful for me to jump every time onto Chrome, typing a URL to connect to other email management software. Another aspect of Gmail that amazes me it's the fact that I can potentially route all incoming emails from an external email management software and even respond to them using my Gmail address and yet, the receiver won't even notice that it was sent from a Gmail address. - It's always uptime, 100% up and running. Additionally, It provides possibilities to set up automated mail responses and perform more email automation actions like labeling, sorting, saving, deleting, etc. Most importantly, It provides a lot of security measures to prevent account hacking, data phishing, or malicious attacks like 2FA, 6-digit Backup codes, and a few more which are enough to completely keep my files safe. For a free tool, I think it's simply amazing.

Since 2021(as per my remarks), Google started to run ads in Gmail, well, they're not overwhelming, however, they could potentially be risky in case, hackers decide to pass through Google ads to lay hands on user accounts. At this point, I don't Google itself will be aware since on the internet today, everyone can be a business.

Utilizzo Gmail da diversi anni, non ha mai fatto una piega, il modo con cui riesce a separare le mail "inutili" (spam, promozioni, social, ecc.) da quelle "importanti" (scambio mail, mail da società ecc.) è formidabile. nella mia esperienza non è mai capitato di dover andare a pescare una mail che cercavo nello spam. come servizio inoltre ha anche la capacità di invio di file di grosse dimensioni tramite drive.

l'unico neo di gmail, ma che riguarda la maggior parte dei provider (se non tutti) è sugli avvisi, mi notifica ogni mail arrivata, anche quelle "inutili" (social, promo ecc) pur riuscendo perfettamente a metterle nelle rispettive cartelle

Amazing UI ,unlike its competitors, Gmail has a fairly "clean" design with a variety of themes. I like the option to label my emails and then easily find them, something other email management solutions do not provide. I also enjoy how we can establish areas for working and communicating together. It is also a tremendous advantage to having a hub of other products at our disposal, such as the entire Google Suite. Documents, contacts, and common folders may be simply linked, tagged, and maintained.

The one thing I don't like is that when I issue calendar invites, I get responses in my primary inbox. Even if I alter the label to anything else, Gmail does not learn or remember. I have to do that everytime.

Utilizzo Gmail da diversi anni e posso affermare con certezza che è uno dei migliori servizi di posta elettronica disponibili sul mercato. La sua interfaccia intuitiva e user-friendly lo rende adatto sia per utenti alle prime armi che per quelli più esperti. Una delle caratteristiche che apprezzo di più è la capacità di organizzare e filtrare le email in modo efficace. Un altro punto a favore è la sincronizzazione tra dispositivi. La protezione antispam è efficace e riduce al minimo la presenza di messaggi indesiderati nella casella di posta

Alcuni altri servizi offrono un grado maggiore di flessibilità e questa mancanza di personalizzazione è sicuramente un punto negativo. Inoltre, inizialmente, ho trovato la gestione delle etichette e delle categorie un po' complessa. Mentre mi sono abituato nel tempo, penso che un sistema più lineare di cartelle, comune in altri servizi di posta elettronica, potrebbe essere più immediato. Sicuramente il problema principale è quando accorpa delle mail con lo stesso oggetto in modo difficilmente leggibile, ciò comporta una notevole confusione con alcune mail di risposta, che rischiano di non essere lette.

Per il momento non ho commenti negativi a riguardo.

Il servizio è semplice e intuitivo: presenta un sistema base di organizzazione della posta (posta in arrivo/promozioni/Forum) al quale l'utente può aggiungere ulteriori elementi, attraverso l'uso di etichette e contrassegni specifici; queste funzioni permettono di ordinare la propria posta per renderla agevolmente fruibile, ad esse si aggiunge la funzione "cerca" per risalire velocemente ai messaggi di nostro interesse. Il servizio è inoltre integrato con altre funzioni google come ad esempio "Contatti", utili per inserire velocemente gli indirizzi nell'atto della scrittura di nuovi messaggi. Le funzioni di notifica permettono di essere aggiornati in tempo reale su nuovi messaggi di posta in arrivo

Non rilevo particolari criticità nel servizio, l'unico inconveniente che posso socializzare, da mia esperienza, è legato alla sua integrazione con il servizio google classroom nell'ambito dell'istruzione: la grande mole di notifiche che quest'ultimo servizio produce, tradotta in mail, rende difficile orientarsi velocemente nella casella, a causa dell'elevato numero di messaggi prodotti, in particolare quando i corsi aperti sono molti. L'opera di riorganizzazione della posta, possibile attraverso le etichette, può essere, in questo specifico caso, un po' più impegnativa.

The user interface is very simple and organized. Unlike its competitors, Gmail offers a very "clean" look with varying themes. I like the ability to label my emails and then to easily locate all of them, which is not something other email management tools offer. I also like that there are spaces that we can create to work and communicate together. Additionally, it is a huge advantage to have a hub of other tools available at our disposal, like the whole Google Suite. One can easily link documents, tag contacts, maintain common folders etc.

Creo que de las plataformas para realizar video llamada Google Meet, maneja la mejor interface y facilita la programación y el desarrollo de estas video llamadas. A su vez considero que el almacenamiento de documentos en Google Drive simplifica la gestión y el intercambio de documentos de manera asombrosa. La posibilidad de adjuntar archivos de gran tamaño y la capacidad de acceder a documentos compartidos, editarlos en tiempo real y realizar un seguimiento de las versiones dentro de Drive ha optimizado la colaboración en proyectos y la creación conjunta de contenido.

Desde mediados de junio del año 2023 se ha limitado la capacidad de almacenamiento.

It's easy to set up and use. It also allows you to use a lot of the advanced features if you are so inclined.

I wish it had some native functionality that is provided by third-parties.

I like how it notifies new emails, and also sortes the important emails. I have been using Gmail since 2004 and have seen how it has evolved over the years.

There is nothing I don't like about Gmail.

Basically it is the most accessible media when it comes to email. At first it was yahoo because yahoo was mainstream back then, but due to large numbers of users throughout the year makes yahoo very slow due to some DDOS attack or heavy traffic. But the system of google is very updated and is being very well maintained by the staffs where google is being the primary email of everyone

The emails that we are receiving that is being sent directly to spams.

Me gusta principalmente la seguridad que ofrece, con varias opciones para asegurar y proteger la cuenta, me siento tranquila de que nadie más que yo, puede acceder a mis correos. Además tiene muchas funciones agregadas, no debo hacer cuentas diferentes sino que tengo acceso desde el mismo correo, como el Hangout, el Google Drive y Google Meet, entre otros. El buscador funciona perfectamente, el gestor de correos los organiza de forma eficiente, tiene una capacidad de almacenamiento alta, de forma gratuita. Puedo enlazarlo a diferentes aplicaciones.

La verdad no se me ocurre ninguna desventajas de este gestor de correos electrónicos, al contrario, lo que puedo ver son solo ventajas y cosas positivas derivadas de su uso.

Sicuramente di Gmail non si possono che apprezzare il filtro antispam (uno degli unici che funziona davvero e, se per caso una volta non va, si ricorda molto bene delle segnalazioni per le volte future). Tra i pregi sicuramente c'è la velocità di funzionamento e le poche problematiche collegate alle caselle ma anche le integrazioni, specie con moduli ed app esterne sono sicuramente buone ed apprezzate.

Purtroppo questo client è il tempio della pubblicità, con annunci fastidiosi che cercano di mimetizzarsi tra le email della casella. Apprezzo che Google da qualche anno abbia dichiarato di non "leggere" più le email degli utilizzatori per scopi promozionali ma comunque la pubblicità è in costante aumento. Altra caratteristica non fantastica è sicuramente anche l'impossibilità di leggere altre caselle sfruttando il protocollo IMAP in quanto solo POP3 è supportato. Nel 2024 forse questo è un po' eccessivo

It's free for normal use, and for Gapps use it's cheaper than Microsoft's offering. It organizes your email into 3 or 4 categories by default that really helps stay on top of things.

There's been a few changes over the years that have made it so when you go to sign up you get asked things that aren't relevant to needing email. Google doesn't need to know my gender for email to work and asking me it is both invasive to ask and untrustable in the current climate to have that information stored by some corporation.

Gmail is by far the clearest, most reliable, and intelligent email manager I've used (and I've used so many)! The folders, filtering, snooze, schedule send, auto-reply, and many other features are used everyday in my business to great effect, helping to reassure clients that I'm a safe pair of hands.

There's very little I don't enjoy about Gmail. To improve, I'd like even more customisable options, and perhaps more automations to make joining with Calendar even better.

My first experience was with Yahoo, but after a period of time I lost the account information and lost access to it. I started trying several platforms, but the best one was gmail. For more than eight years, I have been using it and did not need to use other platforms. Its many features and the simplified interface did not force me to use another platform as The Google Meet service that it provides is very useful and easy to use, as I use it frequently and periodically, and archiving, scheduling, and many other features have made it easier for us to deal daily with teammates, clients, and platforms.

It is a semi-integrated platform and does not lack a few additions and improvements to become the first platform in the world, such as facilitating the synchronization process with third parties.

It has a simple interface that anyone can deal with. Also, the Google Meet service is very wonderful and easy to use. I enjoy the audio and video meetings that I conduct with my colleagues. In working through it The cloud archiving feature it provides is also very useful for preserving information and reviewing it later It also has many features, such as scheduling, Google Drive calendar, and many others. Most of its features are free and available to everyone, and you can use more than one account on it at the same time, or one account for all the platforms you work on.

Despite its countless answers, there are some points that we must consider, such as the problem of synchronization with third parties or messages getting lost in spam.

Gmail is great for multi-account management, although it comes at a moderate cost, its redirection capabilities are great for spam and inbox control. Its ease of use and administration panel for enterprises come in handy when handing email clients to company employees.

Gmail for enterprise would greatly benefit in a price reduction or freemium alternative for enterprises, reducing costs could greatly increment the user base and startup rate of adoption.

I have found Gmail comes with lot of utilities. Emails Management, Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Notes etc. These tools makes all in one easy for you to manage your personal or Business portfolio. Gmail free accounts have more than sufficient space for Drive and Emails and the Google Workspace comes with lot of Admin advantages and products.

Syncing Gmail emails with third-party applications is a back draw. The IMAP or POP is not reliable and loses connectivity. Google Should join its email through Exchange to work with third-party apps.

Gmail è una piattaforma molto facile da utilizzare, la sua interfaccia infatti è semplice, pulita ed intuitiva sia nella versione web che su app. Gmail è inoltre facilmente fruibile ed accessibile da qualsiasi tipo di dispositivo e sistema operativo. Include tutte le principali funzionalità di un client di posta ed alcune comode features di organizzazione automatica della posta in categorie e cartelle oltre alla gestione della posta indesiderata e spam molto efficiente ed accurata. E' inoltre possibile gestire le varie categorie di posta per avere un accesso ancora più rapido ed una gestione efficiente ed organizzata della propria posta. Anche la ricerca delle email è molto potente e consente di filtrare i risultati secondo vari campi ed attributi. Gmail è molto ben integrato con gli altri strumenti e prodotti Google, cosa che aumenta ulteriormente il valore e la qualità di questa soluzione già di per se molto valida considerando il fatto che è gratuita.Ottima la

Alcune volte l'algoritmo di individuazione e filtraggio della spam non è così preciso ed alcune email indesiderate finiscono comunque nella posta in arrivo. Talvolta la sincronizzazione delle email in arrivo non è rapidissima ma necessità di più refresh. Le possibilità di gestire di contenuti e formattazioni avanzate sono limitate. Gestione dello spazio di archiviazione poco chiaro tra Gmail, Drive e Google Foto, sarebbe stato meglio uno spazio dedicato e distinto per le email.

I love that Gmail has a nice UI, it looks modern, clean, and organized. It does a great job of allowing you to have a professional looking and functioning email for free, and that's the beat part. G-mail is free and you can create as many email accounts as you'd like. As a realtor, I have to pay for my own marketing so having the ability to use Gmail for free saves me a bunch of money.

There are a few things I'm not a huge fan of but I can't complain since I don't have to pay Google to use Gmail. The one thing I dislike most is when you have an email chain going with multiple people with multiple emails sent and receoved, sometimes the newly received emails aren't easy to find. They will get tossed in the middle of the email thread and you'll have to go digging to find the latest email.
