Pros

Go Brunch has a very friendly and warm design, this helps to build proximity with colleagues and with leads and prospects. It helps us build our own branding with is to offer customized solutions.
The students are also very happy with the easy and fun use. Somehow, from the very beginning of the class there has been fun that is not found in other applications.
There are no any most like features, all the features are very helpful for me, like recording / screen sharing / presenting and book meetings, all works very good.

Pros

The actual airing of the program was high quality and fun for guests. I like the ability for customers to “tip” from the performance screen and participate in live chat.
Excellent, their staff are great, responsive and even worked through some unique situations we wanted to try and made them happen. Couldn't have done that with our previous system.
I love the ease of use with the platform they created. I also love the team that Afton has working for them.

Cons

Lack of possibility to set typical equipment (e.g. mic or camera) in advance, but rather depending on the OS defaults. Lack of "MIRROR-option" on the video-preview window.
Sometimes one of the speakers goes silent, it's rare, but quite unpleasant if you're at a business meeting.
We are solving the Covid social distancing problem by taking the course online.

Cons

Need the company coordinator to administer refunds, set up public tickets , or deal with customer’s lost links.
The only problem we ever had was a glitch in the ticket machine in our office kept turning off, as soon as we let them know it was fixed right away.
Some settings to link FB can be confusing on first use.
