This is a robust webinar management program. Lots of different options in setting up and leading webinars with small to large groups, from multiple locations.
not inexpensive compared to other options (like bluejeans).

I use BlueJeans for web conferencing and more work-oriented meetings (because it integrates with my calendar and the company Gmail calendar), but sometimes when you're having trouble and need just the basics, I revert to join me and am satisfied!
When all else fails, or you're working with someone less than tech-savvy, use join me! I admit I use it with my mom when I need to show her something on the computer or have her show me something on hers. It's very simple to get started and had basic user-friendly functions that make it easy to get going.
It's basic, and that's what some people would consider a con, but it's actually why I use it. I wanted something easy that would get the job done without a bunch of extra frills.

It's fairly ubiquitous at this point which allows meeting participants to quickly "get the hang of it".
Clunky UI (at least in desktop app), installation not as streamlined as competitors like Zoom and Bluejeans.

GoTo Meeting gets the job done. If you need it for virtual meetings, collaboration or recording of meetings it works
The GoTo Meeting UX is not up to par with the market. Other competitors like Zoom or even BlueJeans have a more intuitive and pretty UX.

Overall it has been generally positive, the UI looks modern which is different from the competition.
Remote work is the "must have" of the hour, and to do that right you need a solution that just works. GoToMeeting is just that. Its built for Enterprise in mind, and have pro features that you would care about and not so much of general social interaction features that can be annoying.
Differentiation is hard to justify from other Enterprise solutions like BlueJeans It works but the question is more on what your administrator likes, not you.

Its hard to discuss the pros on this software. It was fairly easy to connect when using the application, but keeping the connection was a different story.
The image quality, the connectivity, the loss of connectivity and the overall cost to use said software. I changed from using this product to a much better one called BlueJeans.

Decent overall. GoToMeeting is a good tool and fairly easy to use, but overall not fantastic. We will likely be switching tools in the future.
Pretty simple UI, great integration with Gmail for easy meeting creation.
glitchy, signs users out of meetings often. Limits numbers of users who can access meetings.

I’ve been able to consult with clients virtually which saved me Time and money .
I like that I could schedule business and work meetings quickly . It was a lot easier to use than other software I’ve used .
Sometimes the audio or video would lose connectivity during meetings causing me to have to restart meetings .

Go to meeting is not the only solution for meetngs but it is comparable to all of them.
This tool provides a reliable screen share and meeting environment that is is easy to use. It is a dependable service
I wish there was a "hand raise" button for training and for moderating meetings with larger meetings.

Overall it's a good value for the trial period . Unsure after that.
I appreciated the free trial first of all. Second it's easy to use so not much of a learning curve for myself.
It logs out and drops meetings all the time. I tired to refresh my screen but I lose meetings and that stinks.

Overall experience is really good. It has helped us in conducting interviews during the pandemic.
It is free first of all and very easy to use. You can just install their app on your app and you can give an interview and even take an interview of an individual. Especially in current lockdown days, its very difficult to conduct interviews on the premises. You can set up your laptop anywhere and conduct interviews.
Every software out there has a specific purpose. You cannot conduct high level meetings e.g. annual board meetings using these type of free software systems. But for team meetings, interviews, trainings etc you can easily use it.

We started using GoTo about four years ago as our staff is spread out over a very large geographical area. great for small meetings (under 50 participants).
It is easy to deploy and hold small meetings very quickly. The feature I like the most is the ability to share documents in a group meeting.
Limited in capacity it is great for small meetings (under 50) but in midsized to larger meetings, people get lost in the background.

Overall experience is a positive one. I am generally the person attending the meetings in this software instead of hosting. I like that I can download an app and access my meetings there or have them on my desktop.
As someone who is often in meetings this particular software is the easiest to use!
You cannot access the meetings through safari.

GTM is very easy to use for most individuals. Enables easy screensharing and conference calling.
Occasional outages or slow service can make meetings difficult. Additionally, for users that aren't used to using GTM, they can have difficulty connecting to meetings.

Not a great experience. Have used better programs for meeting hosting. Lags a lot. Screen sharing stops working frequently. Difficulty getting voice set up in meetings.
Not too much. It is kinda easy to set up a meeting with video or screen sharing. It works okay. Could be better.
It lags a lot during meetings. The screen share stops in the middle of meetings. It doesn't allow you to connect through your computer without issues.

It has been good I suppose, for someone that hates being in meetings. :)
It is nice to be able to just chat with others in and out of the office and not have to leave my desk.
I hate meetings, and now people can have meetings and I don't have to leave my desk and I don't have too many excuses to avoid.

I would recommend BlueJeans over Skype, GoTo Meeting and Google Hangouts. It's working well for most of our users, and we have over 800 people in the company. It's something we use globally as well.
My company uses BlueJeans for all of our video meetings. We switched from Google Hangouts a couple years back. It's easy to connect to via the app or otherwise. I can get into the meeting very quickly, and it's easy to screenshare on as well.
Occasionally there are connectivity issues, but they typically seem isolated to one particular office and not an issue with the BlueJeans software as a whole.
