Our company loves this because most of our officers are home based so it give us the ability to stay on top of our game in the industry without leaving the comfort of our homes.
I love how easy it is to create a webinar that will look good and it has amazing conversion as well. Love it for my work, presenting new things to colleagues and having some online masterclasses.
I have been quite impressed by its simplicity in setting up a meeting or inviting people from distant locations. The quality of the calls is consistent and the software is very robust.


The fact that people attending need to register is a the only negative I can think of as this makes the process of getting an attendee long and this sometimes leads to loss of attendees.
We have not yet found anything to dislike about GoToWebinar. We had one viewer who had trouble getting connected but that was an isolated incident.
We almost always have tech issues with sound, video skipping, chat functions not working, ect. So that makes trainings sometimes hard to follow or leaves us vulnerable to missing information.
