Pros

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Pros

BlueJeans always keep on updating their user interface due to which it becomes interesting using it. The video quality used in the platform is just awesome.
The ease of setting up a video conference call mixed with the video/audio clarity (barely any freezing) made this a beautiful application for my time with it in 2015.
More consistantly reliable than other teleconference software. I had a setup issue and their Customer Support was AWESOME.

Cons

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.

Cons

Being invited to, and joining a meeting is FAR more painful than it should be. It's a poor experience for the people that you are inviting.
Also sometimes when you have weak signals give an indication to the other participants that there is a signal issue so that there is transparency.
It can be frustrating and I definitely think it is a little creepy to have someone see you when you cannot see them.

Few things I like in GotoWebinar is you can quickly setup account and start a webinar, and you can make Webinars more interactive by posting Survey/questionnaires to audience. you can Interact with audience privately with chat. you can the control of audience mikes.

It was fine, but not my first choice due to the difficulty of use.

Pros

It seemed as though it was a fave selection by the group who held the meetings. It was steady and didn't cut in and out once it was set up correctly.

Cons

The software isn't user-friendly and there were constant glitches during calls and meetings. There were multiple times I lost executives during meetings.

Great for smaller businesses with not a ton of participants.

Pros

Schedule meetings quickly. Easy to use interface. Can conduct surveys during meetings which is pretty cool.

Cons

Pricing can be based on participants. And I am not sure if this a pro or con. If you have a 101 participants, you're paying over $100 more.

We have weekly managers meetings on Go To Webinar, here we run our business together, solving issues, discussing plans and expansions.

Pros

This product is easy to use, it allows for unlimited users and is reliable. Calls are never dropped.

Cons

We usually use the phone app, so no cameras or face to face meetings.

Works well for group meetings , able to get all people into one easy webinar instead of multiple meetings.

Cons

Sometimes sound quality is poor. Unsure if this is a browser issue or issue with software. Otherwise works well.

This platform, which is excellent for one-on-one meetings and webinars, comes highly recommended. It's simple to use and performs admirably on all gadgets. Even the least technically savvy folks quickly pick up how to use it. Additionally, Clickmeeting offers excellent technical support. All errors are quickly fixed, and we are informed as customers of any unfavorable occurrences.

Pros

It provides all the functions you require, is well-designed, and is intuitive. I also value their assistance and the range of manuals they provide because they make online sessions more formal.

Cons

This platform, which is excellent for one-on-one meetings and webinars, comes highly recommended.

Pros

GoTo Webinar gives the chance to host online seminar meetings or online classes. It provides a free webinar service upto some minutes. It is also used in pandemic to conduct online classes.

Cons

It doesn't have much features like it's competitors. The mobile application does work properly. It needs to be improved on mobile platform.

GoToWebinar makes it easy to hold webinars with members from multiple organizations. Once registered, participants get emailed a link and can easily add the webinar to their calendar.

Cons

The software does offer some customizable options, but these can be difficult to find so I think they are underutilized. I have also had issues with the sound when attending webinars via mobile.

Cons

Using a laptop or phone you still need to download the software. I would love a click and join without any download

Pros

The automatic reminders that are sent out to registrants. Ease of use for attendees. Question submission during presentations.

Cons

Occasional glitches still occur. Mute when not showing muted for example. Ease of playing a previously recorded video. Ease of switching presenters during a broadcast.

overall GoToWebinar is a good software for online meetings.

Pros

me and my colleagues use GoToWebinar for our company meetings and to schedule a meetings with clients. It is very convenient to give a presentation to the clients using this software. I can even record my meetings using GoToWebinar.

Cons

I have no dislikes about this software because it is very easy and straight forward to use and so far all my meetings went so well!

I am solving the issues of being able to have flexible meetings. We are able to have meetings where people are located in multiple places.

Pros

What I like most about the software is the ease of use. GoToWebinar is very user friendly. I have attended several webinars with using that platform and all were run very effectively using the software.

Cons

I have no cons for the software because of the ease of use. I would recommend the software for use to others.

We use this software to connect meetings across our various offices. It helps to quickly set up and host meetings thus improving collaboration and efficiency

Pros

There's no learning curve with this software. Anyone can get going with it in no time as it's really well built to be easy to set up and use. I like the ability to easily record any presentation. Another feature that's really good is the ability to conduct polls even in the middle of a presentation The video and audio quality is also almost always very good.

Cons

One complaint is that the software sometimes freezes and has to be restarted to fix it. Another issue is that it's a bit pricier than its competitors

Weekly Face To Face Meetings

My overall experience is good we have successful weekly meetings with no lagging or disconnections. This is great since we try to keep meetings 1 hour long. Thanks to this awesome service we are allowed to have great meetings over the PC or mobile devices.

Pros

This software is great because you are able to see and talk to your employees. We use this software weekly for meetings to welcome our new members and to stay giving information on how to make your independent travel business a success.

Cons

I haven't ran into any issues so far using this software we are very happy and or meetings are much easier because of it.

I would recommend BlueJeans over Skype, GoTo Meeting and Google Hangouts. It's working well for most of our users, and we have over 800 people in the company. It's something we use globally as well.

Pros

My company uses BlueJeans for all of our video meetings. We switched from Google Hangouts a couple years back. It's easy to connect to via the app or otherwise. I can get into the meeting very quickly, and it's easy to screenshare on as well.

Cons

Occasionally there are connectivity issues, but they typically seem isolated to one particular office and not an issue with the BlueJeans software as a whole.

Easy to use, my company has a global account that covers all employees.

Pros

BlueJeans is extremely easy to use and the various features (schedule a meeting, screen share, etc) are easy to locate. It also provides options for how you want to attend the meeting. BlueJeans has quite an attractive layout.

Cons

There is nothing that sets BlueJeans apart from other video call/webinar software. It is a bit more pleasing to the eye than some of the other software I've used, but this does not affect its functionality.

We get on bluejeans meetings with some of our vendors/contractors. It is a good platform for a quick meeting but lacks some of the features we require internally (screen share). The whiteboard feature is great addition though.

Pros

BlueJeans is a good platform for hosting meetings, screen share and the whiteboard presence. It gives a better presence while meeting compared to other meeting platforms. It has some enhanced features compared to skype for meeting (whiteboard feature) that really enhance meetings and is a great feature.

Cons

It while having some good features it does not have screen sharing capabilities. It is really a platform that is strictly for meeting. It lacks many common webinar features compared to other platforms such as zoom or web-ex.

BlueJeans is a great alternative to the big name video conferencing software providers.

BlueJeans is my standby whenever my go to video conferencing solution is unavailable.

Pros

BlueJeans just works. It's high quality and has been very reliable. While UberConference is my goto conferencing solution, I have BlueJeans on standby when needed. Whenever a user is using it for the first time, it does require an install, but it's quick and to the point. Unlike WebEx, it doesn't seem to suffer from the usual delays in connections that are all too common.

Cons

I'd love for BlueJeans to only require a browser (like UberConference) for use rather than an application install, but this hasn't really impacted my use of the software at all. Perhaps the install is required for quality (which is great), but it would be easier without it.
