Pros

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Pros

My overall experience with Livestorm is great and I really appreciate its easy of use. I think it's a great solution for those companies interested in hosting webinars for their audiences.
Attendees of our events had such positive feedback on the quality and ease of use of the tool. They knew where everything was to engage well with the tool.
Livestorm was an easy choice. At Highlight, we deliver bi-weekly webinars to our community and each and everyone has been successful and well-received.

Cons

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.

Cons

Of course NO CUTOMER SERVICE was answering my complaints except only one hour before the webinar to tell me that it wasnt a fixable problem.
The user is forced to an external survey which loses 100% of the user tracking data making the follow up very weak. If the tool is to be used in any way to drive biz dev, this is likely a bad option.
We would never concider other platform unless we will get out of the participants limit. It's a pity that it has limited participants and the limit is too low (1000 max).

I loved the fact that in less than a hour I was ready to stream a webinar, thanks to the simplicity of this tool, very intuitive e well explained in the tutorial. Compared to others I tried in the past, it's definitely better.

Cons

I was looking for break out rooms but I understand it's not possible, it could useful for team building and team activities

Easy solution for webinars that offers decent customisation and is simple to use. Webinar experience for everyone involved was great and ran without any hiccups.

Pros

Simple, yet powerful webinar software that allows you to set up automated and personalised email journeys to participate. Very easy to understand which options affect which part of the webinar setup. Webinar experience itself is outstanding.

Cons

Manual email invite features is a little barebones and not as fleshed out as the automated journey. Shared media is not recorded unless you activate an opt-in beta, however, service was fast and great.

Personnalization, and the features during the webinar and data we can export after a webinar ! The call to action is great !

Cons

We can't have a link for the replay to send it to prospect or people who were not suscribed. If we can set up the survey before as setting in the different webinar we create it gonna be easier. Big pb : speakers must have a really good quality of connexion. We often have problem of connexion.

As an organization, we used Google Suites but signed on to Livestorm as Google Meet would not less us share/play a media file easily. Also, access control is non existent in Google Meet.

Pros

Ability to easily share/play a video file without any audio or buffering issues. Ease of sending invites and tracking of who has unsubscribed. Ability to edit emails and the frequency that are sent out.

Cons

Currently, there is no way to copy over the attendees from my previous webinar to my next webinar or even export to excel at least

Pros

My favorite thing about Livestorm is really the culmination of all the best parts: Ease of use, Responsive UI, Great support, and an excellent Zapier integration. They make running recurring weekly demos very easy.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see improved in Livestorm is the ability to further customize the fields on the registration form in lieu of a custom registration workflow.

Too complexe, need to be simpler. Also the pricing with option is too much, it look like booking on ryanair, for each step you have to pay more. You pay for the number of people you want, you pay for the number of admin, you pay a monthly fee... Make it simpler

Distinctive in a Crowded Field

Basically it is a convenient, easy-to-use platform for casual webinar production. If you are producing at least one webinar per month, it is worth the expense.

Pros

It seems to cover all the essentials. Email, landing page, post-webinar republishing. It was designed with a lot of care an attention to what most users (like us) want and need in a platform.

Cons

The pace of new product features is very slow. We'd like to brand/customize emails, but this took six months to come out.

Can only recommend after trying Zoom Webinars and Webinar Ninja before.

Pros

Webinars can be set up very easily and with just a few clicks you can make a single webinar a multi-session series. In combination with template-able emails, admin in the background is kept at a minimum level.

Cons

We using it with German end users, translation is not entirely optimal there.

Webinar platform that saves you a lot of time

Until now I had a very good experience. All of my webinars worked fine - no interruptions. We use it in the team and all the team members didn't have problems to get used to the platform. Reports are fine as you can see who attended and what questions were asked.

Pros

Livestorm is easy to use. You can setup a webinar in a few minutes and then it does all the hard work for you: registration page, registration confirmation, reminder for the webinar and it sends also the information about the replay of the webinar. You can customize the registration page and also the eMails. The webinar room is easy to use for hosts and also participants, as no software installation is required.

Cons

Guest speakers need use the right Browser (Google Chrome) to go on stage. Sometimes the platform has little stability problems but this often depends on the bandwidth of your internet connection. A custom background for your video would be very nice. Perhaps this comes in a later update.

A casual webinar software that has been exactly what we looked for.

Pros

For our company, we have monthly webinars and this is the easiest solution we have come across. It is very convenient, easy to use, and suits are needs quite well for a casual webinar experience.

Cons

There is a limited capacity of I believe 500 attendees at the moment. For us, this suits our needs quite well as we typically don't have more than 100. Other than that, I do not see any issues with this product.

Excellent service and feature, excellent support team also.

Pros

No software installation is required to participate to a webinar. It is very important for us as we do B2C webinar, the service must be very simple, and Livestorm is !

Cons

I found the first pricing threeshold a bit high for small companies not sure about webinar, but after our first one I'm sure I'll make the most of it now, organizing more webinars. And there's a free trial version to test it.

Overall, great product, with few "new product" weaknesses, that I can live with.

Pros

(Almost) instant HD webinar record, with many options to handle it.

Cons

It is hard to explain to Mac users, how to use this. Weak Safari support (or I didn't figure out a way yet).

An intuitive, cost-effective platform with great customer support

It has been so much less stressful to hold webinars, and has encouraged us as an organisation to set up and carry out more.

Pros

It's intuitive to use - you can set up and custom design a webinar in minutes, even if you've never seen the platform before It has great integration options It's easy for speakers to access, and it's easy to make people speakers during a webinar It has all the tracking options you would expect to get with a webinar platform It's a cost of the price of the webinar platform we were using Customer support is excellent

Cons

It would be nice to have a private chat function for the hosts/guest speakers during a webinar - this would allow the hosts/guest speakers to discuss which questions to answer live, which to take off-line, and what order to go through them

Easy to set up and operate for customer webinars

We switched to Livestorm after a bad experience with a branded product in a middle of a series of webinars. The learning curve to get adjusted to the new product was surprisingly fast and we could continue the webinar program without any delay. The presenters and audience did not really notice that we changed platforms !

Pros

Possibility to rehearse the webinar, greatly contributes to improve delivery and logistics

Cons

Customisation of interface is a bit basic with too many restrictions on layout

Limited flexibility of the webinar room in terms of chat (it's be helpful to have chat available but only for team members/ moderators, questions (team members/moderators can "upvote" questions, or assign them some status based on the importance of the question, etc)
