We use it for training, remote team meetings, conference calls, and deliverable presentation to our clients.
Pros
Multistreaming, option to enable/disable microphone of the audiences, meeting recording, screen presentation, noise reduction, and voice clarity are some of the features I really like.
Cons
You would observe some lag in a video presentation if you are on a slow internet connection.

Large conference calls/webinars.
Pros
I also like that you can see the presenter and the screen at the same time.

It seems fairly easy to accidentally stop sharing the screen or turning the camera on/off.

It's fine for conference calls when a screen display is needed but wouldn't be used for video conferencing or live streaming.
Pros
User interface is user friendly easy to manage and host webinars. recording feature is so valuable new multi session reporting is also nice questions can be easily asked by audience during live webinar
Cons
company logo cannot be changed for webinar its meant for large audience, so there is no personal touch as compared to setting up skype call session there is no chat support option, only phone support

We needed a software to get our whole company on a conference call for an update and Skype for Business unfortunately limits the number to 250 people so we gave this a try.
Pros
Webinars can be recorded and automatically stored online for later download.
Cons
What I liked the least about the software was that it just did not appear to be transmitting in real time. The delay of when the presenter was talking to when participants were hearing and seeing the content was sometimes as high as 30 seconds.

Pros
I enjoy being able to complete conference calls
Cons
If you get out of a webinar by mistake the process of getting back on the call takes a while and could easily miss some important information.

Pros
When it comes to video conferencing software, all that matters to me is simplicity and reliability.
Cons
I've also heard positive feedback from guests of mine that I invited for conferences.

With all of the options for online video calls and conferences and chats, I never know what I'm going to get. 9 times out of 10 there is some annoying issue that takes 5 or 10 minutes of the call to figure out and I've had to download some of them to my laptop for it to work.
Pros
I've only tried GoToWebinar as a user joining a call. It was really easy to get going initially and I had no issues with the program itself throughout the webinar session.
Cons
I had to troubleshoot the speaker, but I'm convinced it was actually an issue w/ my AirPods (as I've had trouble with them on other calls using different programs).

Pros
We really appreciated having this tool when holding a conference call, while needing to demonstrate our program on our computer.
Cons
We have only really needed this program once or twice, so I do not have enough experience with it to comment a negative.

I wish I would've known more about their polling feature and the ability to upload a webinar recording to play during the webinar.
Pros
They've recently updated their design to a fresh new look that's even more intuitive to use.
Cons
Their Help Center was a bit lacking with a few questions I had, however when I called their support team I got a pretty quick answer and they were able to answer all of my questions easily.

Overall, I will continue to use this product and will recommend to others. As stated above, it holds a lot of value for a free product!
Pros
I love any connectivity product that allows for clear video conferences.
Cons
I've had more issues with GoToWebinar that some other video conferencing platforms but for the low cost of free, it performs its function well.

Video conference and presentations
Pros
It allows to record the session and use mobile device.
Cons
It was a little bit hard to setup in the beginning. I found it hard to update materials and create similar feels as your own page.

The software has been very helpful for our client meetings, and makes it easy to send out calendar invites what have all of the necessary information for our customers to get logged in.
Pros
This software has made it much easier for us to have conference calls with our clients, especially being able to share screens and change presenters.
Cons
Perhaps user error, but I haven't found a help button on how to automatically start the meeting at the scheduled time.

Overall experience was very positive. Great tool for large scale meetings that allows active user participation
Pros
While only the trainer was visible with his webcam, all users we able to actively participate via "raising hands" or typing messages to the host.
Cons
I feel there are products out there who have easier times getting on the calls, including testing before to calls to make sure everything works down to actually joining the calls.

Pros
If you do not have it installed, it makes it so easy by installing itself and bringing you to the interface screen that you need.
Cons
Sometimes the call in feature is annoying but more because of the user than the program.

It seems like it should be intuitive and functional, but frequently lag time and poor connectivity make the tool less functional than a regular conference call.
Pros
GoToWebinar is widely used by many organizations, so you'll likely encounter other organizations that want to communicate using the tool. It's relatively intuitive, and when it works, it serves its purpose.
Cons
The setup and lag times reduce the impact of the actual content of the meeting and becomes a frustration for both the admin and the users during conferences.

This is great for connecting a lot of people for a webinar without having the confusion of something like a conference call.
Pros
Video and audio quality are superb.
Cons
A specific way to prohibit the connection of microphones or webcams would be great. The software leaves it up to the host to disable them, with no option to not allow.
