User interface is user friendly easy to manage and host webinars. recording feature is so valuable new multi session reporting is also nice questions can be easily asked by audience during live webinar

Cons

company logo cannot be changed for webinar its meant for large audience, so there is no personal touch as compared to setting up skype call session there is no chat support option, only phone support

GoToWebinar has been a lifesaver for me. I have been able to connect with people face to face without actually traveling to see them.

Pros

This software makes it easy to not only schedule calls but also start video chats with screen sharing abilities.

Cons

My least favorite thing about this software is that sometimes the access codes do not work when you are calling in.

It fits the bill for conference calls and small meetings, and while I haven't used it that often when I have its done the job very well.

Pros

All the features are there as with other products - clean interface, reliable and looks professional.

Cons

Being more used to other platforms, it took some time to get used to the layout, and how to switch between chat and full screen.

Pros

The audio and video streaming have great quality too

Cons

At first time, the interface is not very intuitive. The chat and messaging options are a bit confusing, because you can only see the icons.

Easy Webinars With GoTo.

GoToWebnair is fairly easy even for a first-time user, I have come to rely on this program's capabilities to connect with my clients and present business proposals virtually anywhere.

Pros

I can record sessions, a chat feature is included, and also Question & Answer feature is available.

Cons

Occasional glitchy audio connection, I really don't know what could be the cause, if it's the network connection or the program itself. Anything else is just fine with me as it serves the purpose it was meant for. I usually don't encounter any disruptions at all.

Overally we've had a good experience with this product in all aspects - set up, live webinar, recordings, and reporting.

Pros

GoToWebinar integrates easily with Marketo, making our marketing programming so much easier.

Cons

The reporting capabilities in GoToWebinar are significantly stronger than our previous tool (zoom), which required a lot of manual data extraction.

Multistreaming, option to enable/disable microphone of the audiences, meeting recording, screen presentation, noise reduction, and voice clarity are some of the features I really like.

Cons

You would observe some lag in a video presentation if you are on a slow internet connection.

Not what I had hoped for

We needed a software to get our whole company on a conference call for an update and Skype for Business unfortunately limits the number to 250 people so we gave this a try.

Pros

High number of people who can participate in the webinar. Webinars can be recorded and automatically stored online for later download. I also liked the automatic email reminders to people who registered for the webinar a few days and then shortly before it starts, this really helps drive attendance.

Cons

What I liked the least about the software was that it just did not appear to be transmitting in real time. The delay of when the presenter was talking to when participants were hearing and seeing the content was sometimes as high as 30 seconds.

However, if you are looking for an option that is customizable with easy to glean analytics, this is not the right option.

Pros

Simply record/load in your video and once the "live date" comes you do not need to do anything else.

Cons

I also wish the follow up emails were more modern looking and customizable. The current are very outdated and automated looking.

With all of the options for online video calls and conferences and chats, I never know what I'm going to get. 9 times out of 10 there is some annoying issue that takes 5 or 10 minutes of the call to figure out and I've had to download some of them to my laptop for it to work.

Pros

I've only tried GoToWebinar as a user joining a call. It was really easy to get going initially and I had no issues with the program itself throughout the webinar session.

Cons

I had to troubleshoot the speaker, but I'm convinced it was actually an issue w/ my AirPods (as I've had trouble with them on other calls using different programs).
