Hasta el momento todo bien.
La opción de % de adecuación, killer questions, dashboard, trabaja con nosotros y multiposting.
-Los filtros en las búsquedas de candidatos de manera proactiva, ya que hay que colocar nombres claves pero no permite filtrar por nombre de puesto de manera precisa porque salen varios candidatos que no cumplen con ese puesto. -Para archivar un aviso hay que hacerlos 2 veces para que realmente se archive (computrabajo y sherlock).

Cuando llegue me gusto usar el software porque además es super sencillo de usar, creo que a la gente también le gusta porque comentan lo que se publica y pide que se publiquen artículos de interés para la nuestro personal.
Es una herramienta en la cual podemos informar a nuestro personal de como vamos, así como de eventos y mantener la comunicación con nuestra gente. Me ha gustado porque puedes publicar fotos y video y eso le gusta mucho a la gente.
No creo que a este software le falte algo, la verdad ha superado mis expectativas y las de mis directores.

In terms of user experience, SherlockHR has nailed it. The interface is sleek, modern, and intuitive. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, thanks to its well-organized menus and logical structure. SherlockHR provides tools to conduct performance reviews, set goals, and track progress over time. The platform fosters transparency and collaboration, ensuring that employees are actively involved in their development and growth.
The aspect which I liked the most it is the applicant tracking system (ATS) created by the SherlockHR developers. The system enables seamless candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking, significantly reducing the time and effort required to find the right candidates for open positions. It smooths everything out.
Customer service support can be quite slow. Other than that, I had no issues what so ever.
