Good price for great functionality. Easy to allow my clients to take over the presentation.
I did the trial version with about 5 different companies. This was the easiest with a great feature set and pretty good video quality.
We're now reviewing other products in the hopes of finding something a bit more reliable and mainstream.
Pros
It is pretty straightforward, easy to create a session and join a session. The quality of stream was really good.
This is perfect for an agency like ours with remote employees and clients across the country. It makes connecting and communication effective and efficient.
I like that it's available to help train me on things I needed to be trained on remotely. I connected via tethering my iphone and the quality of the audio and video were top notch.
Cons
Thirty minutes into any webinar, it starts bogging down, badly. 60 minutes and it's close to freezing, audio is breaking up.
Compared to ZOom Meetings which we moved to, we found the feature set just too poor in AnyMeeting.
Sometimes the default times are odd. If I'm setting up a conference call, it defaults to tomorrow rather than today, etc.
Cons
Meeting quality is often terrible with lag, drop-offs, etc. The desktop app and plugin required fails miserably on windows and needs to be reinstalled at almost every meeting.
Unfortunately, this is not the developer's fault, but the software is rarely adopted in our sector to where it is obsolete and wasting space in the hard drive.
The only downside is it can be a little hard to explain to the other user who has never used it before when you are trying to get them to install what they need to in order to use it with you.
