The only drawback I have noticed to CallTools is that sometimes if the client hangs up on an inbound call, the contact will become stuck on the screen.

They have very competitive prices and solid service. Within 10 minutes, I was sending test messages to myself. Very fair pricing model per message and excellent customer support (almost too good).
