Out previous provider had considerably raised their price, thus we wanted to migrate to a new solution. As we offer 24x7 support, we needed a solution, that could keep up with our requirements. We are completely satisfied with Intermedia Unite as well as with the interactions we had with Intermedia's staff.

Pros

The quality of the voice mail is great, and the delivery by E-Mail quick and reliable.

Cons

The integration with different Identity Management Systems for a single point of administration environment could be better.

Pros

The phones work great, no problems working phone system, except the call history does not show up on the phone so you have to log in to the website to get a call history which is a real waste of time..

Cons

Getting a call history incoming and outgoing are two separate functions and not at all efficient uses of time.

Cons

could use at least one more usb port on yealink t46s. nice feature is usb connection for wifi connect so lan cords not needed...but if you use the wifi lan you can't use Bluetooth headset at same phone.

I almost never call customer service, but when I do I get a quick response and solve any issues with courtesy.

Pros

The features are suitable for small companies and inexpensive. Customer service is always polite, professional, and fast.

Cons

It does require continuous internet feed, so if the internet is down you have no phone service.

At times it is difficult to find what you are looking for in the help database but the support is just a call away if needed.

The ease of use and the availability of having both phone and office software available in one location.

Cons

We've been working with Intermedia for about 5 or 6 years now and have had great success with there exchange software. You can't beat there customer service and the knowledge of there level 2 engineers. We're a small business and couldn't be happier since switching from 365.

Pros

Our business primarily is run on Outlook and access to public folders. Intermedia Exchange Server with Sharepoint is extremely reliable and runs incredibly smooth every day.

We like everything about the Exchange and sharepoint interface.

This system is easy and simple to program, and I love that!

Pros

For the most part its point and click and any features that the software doesn't have yet, they open a ticket for me and let the powers that be know that this feature is being looked for and then its added down the line.

Cons

Sometimes while programming it kicks me out for no reason. But this issue is being addressed.
