It's a great multi-channel contact center solution. We mainly use it for manual, blended and automated outbound dialing. in terms of stability, It is very good and a feature-rich platform...has great customer support and its account managers and relationship managers are helpful.
User interface is excellent. The dialer is great, fast, secure, stable, easy to use, efficient, and has excellent features.
Customisation of reports through user interface is not given here and an improvement is required in the agent and campaign and other management interfaces..

Started with exciting problem solving and got more or less what we needed but eventually post agreement signing things were very slow and couple of days response in from business SPOC. Then multiple changes in pricing and agreed offering ruined the experience.

For the last 3 years, we are using this software. I am highly recommended to everyone to purchase this product. They are offering support, services, and many more things.
Quality of Services they are offering in less pricing. When you need any help or support you can contact any time. They are always available for helping the services. Most of the features are covered in one dashboard. Call details of your caller is best part in the services.
They have to add more features like SMS broadcasting, Whatsapp integration, etc.
