Hoping to have long term connect with callhippo
Easy to use, user friendly and most importantly customer support is awesome , had a disussion with Naren & Nidhi and they assured me on the information which i needed the most.
Payment method information should be shared well in advance so clients can take forwarding steps based on it

its the worst experience possible. I have Paid for a number and tried to connect it business whatsapp. and it has been three weeks now that i am getting "working on it" from support team and no results. i dont need this number for anything else but whatsapp, thus i feel throwing out money for nothing.
looks easy to start with. support team is willing to respond, however with no real actions behind.
i have paid only to connect whatsapp and it has never happened

Overall I'm really happy to use CallHippo.
Things I liked about CallHippo - 1. The ease of using CallHippo for my daily calls across US, UK, or Europe. 2. Very helpful support Team, got in touch with Manish from CallHippo who helped me resolve the issue when the app wasn't working on my phone
Sometimes the calls don't connect. And I'm left with a blank response from the Dialer.

Callhippo is recommended app for out of the country work
The best thing with Callhippo is call system, it can easily connect even it is connected via wifi. You can also text on it quickly

Horrible. I asked for a refund on the 1st of May and it is now the 11th and they still keep going in circles. They will not put me through to a manager and all they do is say "sorry for the inconvenience" which is clearly automated and just a general reply - goes to show how much they have these problems.
Nothing. Sales lied to me and they would not send me the entire transcript for the conversation where the salesman told me incoming calls would not be charged unless we transferred the calls. We ensured we were on a plan that included this. They then charged us additional. The next person then told me that we are charged per minute for all calls and I was told the wrong thing by the sales person. I...
The customer service and sales are ridiculous.
