Pros

Pricing was very affordable. For our size of company and the growth we've experienced, the Jive staff has been great working with us to lock-in pricing and help us grow when more accounts are needed.
We appreciate the ease of use and the ease of setup of the phones. It was a seamless transition from our previous provider to Jive.
The technicians are outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and professional and always aware of the pressure on our end to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Pros

The existing omni-channel function is great, but I was impressed that you could use CallySquare to create a new solution.
The team is really reactive and ready to help. The price is really interesting when you look about all the functionnality included on.
An excellent solution for managing the customer relationship.

Cons

When we initially signed our control, there was some issue with service interruption and our phone lines not working.
I am very disappointed in the limited reporting options, where I cannot see # of missed calls, average call times, and other very basic information.
The app does not work very well for which I depend on it greatly being out of the office so I had to modify and my a second number for my phone to have it forwarded to it.

Cons

When doing multi-tenant customer support, it is a bit confusing when the number of queues increases, as there are places where it is difficult to visually identify which tenants (queues) are accessed.
They still don't have an iOS app and they already have for it Android. Initially we got confused about the difference between users and agents, but that is not an issue anymore.
Missing features that must be developed. Many requests for support from our customers because not easy to use.
