Pros
It's a great product with excellent quality. I have saved time and money by utilizing this tool.
I like the overall ease of use, quality of screen share is almost always great. I like that it easily integrates with google calendar for meetings.

Pros
You can choose whether to share your whole screen or just your tabs. I love these options because I have a family picture that I love to show to clients on my home screen.

I can't believe how amazing and responsive their customer service has been. They have truly gone above and beyond for any question I have asked them.
I do several screen shares a day for my job and this makes it as simple as clicking a button. I love the ease of use and it has worked perfectly every time I have used it.
Cons
For some reason part of the stream was blocked by my pihole. It's either a bad entry on the blacklist or join.me is using a bad service to track something but it took time to troubleshoot this.
Meeting quality is often terrible with lag, drop-offs, etc. The desktop app and plugin required fails miserably on windows and needs to be reinstalled at almost every meeting.
They sent me a warning after the billing that I was going to be sent to collections. That was the first I heard from them about this issue.
Cons
The only problem I have ever had was the link not getting through firewalls and to the customers.

I felt it was demanding a lot of bandwidth at times.

I had used join.me in the past. This is better. Free plan works for me. Can't believe more computer users don't understand the utility in screen sharing

simple and free plan works for me.
Cons
nothing really.. they are getting rid of expiring links.
