We use it for our new employee orientation and never have issues with new users attending the meeting. We have a conference call code that never changes, and can be reached from numerous numbers all over the USA. The URL for us to share our screen is also fixed, so we can send the same URL whenever we set up a meeting. Sessions can be recorded for later viewe=ing by us or by our clients if we choose to share the recording.

We haven't had issues with this software -- pretty happy with it.
