Pros

More to just being easy to use, Join. Me does outstandingly in offering strong security to ensure that the confidential conversations and documents shared during meetings are kept safe.
The ability to hold online meetings great video and audio conferencing. Screen sharing that allows remote access and great collaboration.
It is a fantastic platform that has helped make it easy to communicate and share information.

Pros

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Cons

And there is also no recording feature. And it allows only limited capacity of attendees.
I slightly dislike that Join. Me host few participants in a single meeting compared to alternatives such as Zoom.
I don't like any online meeting tools that require you to download software to join, and this is no exception.

Cons

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.

My experience with Join.me is incredible. I especially enjoy the quality of audio and video

Pros

Join.me is the ultimate solution for office virtual meetings. It is an easy to use platform and setting is up is simplistic as well. It can be accessed from any device including laptops, computers or mobilephone which I mostly use to join the virtual meetings. Join.me allows the presenter to share his/her scree making it easy for us attendees to be at par. The video and audio quality is impeccable. And recording and scheduling of meetings in advance soo that we can update our schedules and stay on track keeping in mind there is an approaching meeting.Data of it's users is usually secure over SSL encryption

Cons

Join.me virtual meetings accommodates a limited number of attendees soo Incase you want a scaled events for lots of people I would advice you try Goto Webinar

Pros

Everyone needs a software like this (whether you use Zoom, join.me, etc) but this has more features and better connection than Join.me, and is cheaper than Zoom, so it's pretty great!

Cons

Not as easy to understand as Join.me, but that's only because there are more features available to use

The Best We've Found So Far

Pros

I appreciate that it is part of the LogMeIn family- it makes life easier dealing with less reps (LastPass, Join.me, etc.). I like the recording options, but I really like the registration options with the attendant email cadence and survey follow up.

Cons

We were advised that multiple users could leverage a single license, however the security features will freak out if more than one IP address logs in at the same time and will require 2FA to proceed. This wouldn't be an issue, but for the fact we were advised by the rep to only get the 1 license and that the "restriction" would basically be a limitation on sessions. Setting that aside, the end user experience has friction- folks need to download >20MB to get going on watching the webinar. Not all end users are happy with this. I know this is alot regarding about what I liked least- but honestly, in terms of webinar software GTW truly is the best we've found so far.
