We have used many different products to facilitate group meetings over the years, from Join.Me and GoToMeeting, to Atlassian Hipchat and now Microsoft Teams. Teams is the equal to all others, and has the support of Microsoft behind, truly a solid product that I would not hesitate to recommend.
We use this as solution in our office for holding team meetings with our offsite teammates. We moved to Teams from Hipchat because of issues with reliability of the video conferencing in the aforementioned software. Teams has been great allowing us to schedule and automatically create a recurring team meeting, which then 6-10 people can jump into and have reliably function including both audio and videos streams, from the US, Australia, Sweden, and Vietnam.
Not much negative to say about this software, it does one job for us and it does it very well. We have never had issues with video and audio streams or issues syncing. The integration into outlook calendars is great. Nothing bad to say really as long as you understand what you are using it for I do not believe you will be disappointed.

I see Microsoft Teams right up there with the best - either as a screen sharing and audio/video conferencing tool or as a team collaboration tool. Its awesome.
The ease of use for a participant to log in. The choice of web or app is great since there is no need to download the app. Most functionalities are supported on the web app. The sound clarity is awesome, one can feel it once having used other conferencing software. The feature allowing a participant to access the presenter's screen (needs to be used cautiously) is excellent for us while conducing training sessions of our solution. As a team, we use MS Teams for collaborating on multiple projects.
Teams desperately needs to give hosts a public url, which is a much faster way to share and jump onto a call. The url right now is a lengthy string, almost hilariously long. If there was one thing that competitors like join.me or zoom have over Teams, it is this!

During the time of COVID, this is a very solid option for all-in-one team collaboration tools that eliminate the need for multiple applications (ie, Zoom, Join.me, Slack, etc.). Like all Microsoft products, the platform is dependent on Microsoft-supporting software, so I've noticed some issues with integration on my iPhone, Macbook, etc., but these are minimal and standard for the Apple-to-Microsoft world. Overall, the application has streamlined my communications tools and provided more immediate response communications that have been constrained due to an entirely remote work environment.
-Minimal learning curve for first-time use, user-friendly integration with easy-to-navigate features -Combines video conferencing, email, chat, and calendar in one place (across Microsoft platforms) -Allows for easy FileShare in real-time to support impromptu work group sessions
-I wish it would integrate with other, non-Microsoft platforms (ie, Gmail, iCal, Slack, etc.) so that it could truly be a one stop shop for my work communications -The OneDrive fileshare feature can sometimes be a bit clunky, forcing you to work within the Teams platform vs. collaboratively working offline and uploading progress -Given the number of people we have on the platform (roughly 125), I sometimes notice that at high-volume activity times, the system will be slow to update chats and/or stagnate a bit with uploads or video conferencing
