I have been using Join.me for more than 6 years and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool for conferencing, messaging, collaboration, screen sharing and live chat. It has a very intuitive and friendly interface which makes it easy to use.

I have used Join.me to both attend and host online meetings and training. I found it to be a very simple platform for hosting online meetings remotely. The access was easy ans we had no issues with audio or image as we have had with other platforms. I was able to share content with the group easily. I would recommnwe this platform.

I cannot think of any improvements. The system is very straight forward and user friendly.

I like that you can easily create new online meetings and people can join using a simple link. The quality of the video and audio is good as well.

I don't like any online meeting tools that require you to download software to join, and this is no exception. As long as the other user has no dramas getting it installed, it can be easy to get meetings started.

With Join.Me, the best of all has been ease of use whether am hosting a meeting or attending one. I always find it easy to chat with other audiences as the meeting progresses. I like the quality of visuals and the sounds as i never struggle to hear what the presenter is saying or see what is being shared on the screen. Plus with the meeting recording option, i get to follow up on meetings which am unable to attend due to various circumstances.

To this point, am yet to experience any downsides about Join.Me. All has been flowing smoothly between me and Join.Me.

For large group meetings which require screen shares and video conferencing HighFive is a home run. I also love the ability to have my own custom URL making it super easy for anyone to join the meeting. The record meeting functionality is also great for sharing to people that have missed. We also have it set up in conference rooms making it easy to cast directly to TVs.

No ability to boot people from meetings that are not supposed to be in there. To ability to toggle the other person as unmuted (they must do it) when they are muted. Also, it is rather laborious to join meetings and can get very confusing for someone that is not familiar. Go-To Meeting and Join.Me are much better for that.

I've been frustrated in the past by software like Join.Me and GoToMeeting, which make you download a new application every time you want to connect. Such a hassle and an extra step for clients who just want to screenshare or conference call. I love that UberConference keeps it easy - you literally go to a linked page to access a screenshare, or you call into a single number, no special codes.

I've had some glitches with the browser extension that have prevented me from easily connecting. It's not all the time, but when it happens, it's annoying to make other people connecting wait.

Ease of Use: This is a big selling point for video conferencing software. If its not easy to use or easy to figure out within about 10 minutes, its probably too complicated. Competition: I'm not convinced that UberConference is the best video conferencing software out there. It seems to fit a business need at the cross-section of reliability, cost-effectiveness, and required features. In some respects, that's really all we need. Sure, we could have used Skype for Business or GoToMeeting, Join.me, or Webex, but we did not. All I mean to say is that this is a rather saturated market space and UberConference is not necessarily the best fit in all situations
