 I like the interface of this software.  It's very easy to use and helpful when needed to switch many emails. I can manage all Google programs in one place. The window feature is also great. Kiwi gives me the freedom to access all my emails at the same time without a browser.  They added Grammarly and Zoom features in the basic version. It's a very fabulous app. I like this software.  I wish could be an app for iPad. there is some lag in a startup this is a minor thing. It doesn't come with more than 100 emails per view. Sometimes difficult to find unread emails. Sometimes it freezes and I have to exit and restart this.  Fans of dark mode disappoint sometimes. 

Integrated my Gmail accounts into one place ... great interface and easy to install and use. Makes it easy to switch between email accounts (personal, work, other) quickly and within a single app. Filters and pop-out compose email window are nice features. SIdebar menu gives easy and quick access to G-Suite programs (Docs, Calendar, Sheets and Slides).

The upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 was required as they rewrote the program. It required a reset (easy) and separated out the licensing from being integrated in the software to a separate web portal. The upgrade was free to their Basic platform but I really didn't see any change in the interface or new features. The new features are only available at additional cost in higher subscription tiers. I would like to see them add the ability to use other than Gmail accounts to their interface.

Exceptional cost-effective productivity booster when managing a number of Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. Not only with respect to managing email accounts themselves within one interface but also given the ability to launch Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc., apps and managing them directly within the Kiwi interface. It makes managing a Gmail or Google Workspace account feel like using an integrated office suite. Seemless.

The only thing I'd wish for is increased integration with third-party Chrome extensions which can further optimize the experience. They've added Grammarly with the latest release (which is great) but I'd love to see the inclusion of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] excellent Simplify extension [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for example. An increased focus on integrating third-party extensions would be appreciated.

Five Gmail addresses are smooth and easy to organize. Quick and easy to fly through messages and prioritize. Time saver!

Implementing filters still a bit quirky.

overall it is a very good product however the only thing that I see is that sometimes it gets stuck and i have to re-open for it to work well but lately it doesn't happen as often.

I love that it works both Mac and Windows; love having easy access to all my gmail accounts in a simple app instead of chasing through browser tabs

No native support for Apple silicon yet, not indications if it’s coming. Won’t run on Microsoft surface pro X. Often one or more accounts ends up with a blank screen and no way to fix it without restarting the app. No Linux support. It’s pretty good, just wish they were more aggressive about making it work everywhere given the price.

I love how each one of my Gmail/Gsuite accounts is in a tab that is easily switchable. Saves my browsers some CPU power and me some crazy organization of tabs

The Copy/Paste via anything but keyboard shortcuts always says that you have to install an extension to copy and paste in google docs (cmd+C/cmd+v work fine)

The best app for managing multiple Gmail accounts. I have been using this app for more than 2 years now. And the integration of Gmail feels native.

It is a bit expensive. RAM usage is high.

Setting up KIWI was quick and painless. I love the interface and its ability to display multiple email accounts in an easy-to-use format!

The pro version cost with many features that I don't use or find necessary

It's brilliant to have the functionality of Gmail as a desktop app, makes life much simpler as I value that control as opposed to working with the web app.

It occasionally crashes on startup and won't open, requiring a full computer restart to get it working.

I like that I can bounce between all my gmail accounts in the same window with the tab view at the top of the window. Super easy to stay on top of al accounts

I wish the calendar and drive windows would have multiple accounts that you can select at the top the same way the email window works. Instead, I have to have multiple calendar windows open simultaneously and it clutters up my desktop - would be better to have 1 window for all my email accounts and 1 window for all my calendars etc. Also - when I attach a file to an email, it doesn't always show that the file is attached - I have to go to the sent folder afterward to confirm that the file was, indeed, attached to the email.

Goode UI design, operation is extremely easy to use, and the price is reasonable.

How to use it with Monday.com? I want to learn more about it.

It's easier to manage windows vs. using Gmail on my Mac without this software.

Ability to manage multiple email accounts in a single pane. Cost of yearly subscription is great.

Would like to be able to quickly sort emails by columns: Sender, size, attachments, etc.

I love the software for my day to day activities that provides an embedded browser to login and maintains the session.

One added value would be to store the credentials on the embedded browser to reauth. My corporate g suite ends sessions everyday and I have to manually login each time

The setup on this is super seamless. It is easy to use and makes using g-suite much easier

The cost is a little much for software of this type. I had a problem and the support was great to fix it.

Easy to use and intuitive. Price was very reasonable.
