Pros

I like that you can store multiple messages within the system. It helps to save me a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes it gets a little buggy and I have to restart the application a few times.

Overall Kixie is a great tool to keep track of calls, dial out and send text messages through email or while working on the computer. I also like that the dialer is small and doesn't take up my whole screen.

Pros

What I like most about Kixie is it simple and easy to use. The connection is clear and I have not had any major issues while using.

Cons

One thing I don't like is receiving the voicemail emails in my inbox just because I already receive so many emails it can get clogged up. But I believe there is a setting to turn that off that I haven't explored yet.

Simple, Easy, Effective

Easy to set up/use, definitively helped me my team manage our phone calls. Played a major role in the increased efficiency of my sales department and the success of my business. In terms of implementing the service, Kixie talked us through the process step by step- really went out of their way to make sure we could use their service to the best of our abilities. Very reasonable price for a very exceptional service.

A good system when it works

Not bad.

Pros

The support team was able to get on the phone with us when we had problems. When the system did work, it was fast and easy.

Cons

Several of our team members had trouble with the system, such as it not registering a wireless mic, and problems with calls not coming in properly. The support team was helpful, but it took a lot of time for us to fix the issues.

Pros

The features are great and affordable but the customer service is terrible. Not worth it to work with them. They are not on your side as a business owner.

Cons

The customer service was miserable to deal with. They will take your money and you'll never see it again.

I would refer business but only to Alex Man; I am in sales and understand what we all have to do to make the deal happen. Alex spent hrs with my collegue Maura and gave it his all to make the product work. Even though we didn't go with you I still hold Alex in high regards and anytime I hear a convo involving phone systems he is my go to person.

Great experience with the Kixie team

Oftentimes, working with a vendor on communication services is a frustrating experience. Not so with Kixie! The support team go out of their way to ensure their customers' satisfaction. Excellent service!

The benefits are that as a company we were able to use it very smoothly with the processes that we have implemented.

Pros

The product is great. Kixie makes it very user friendly!

Cons

I did not like the fact that trying to integrate it with my CRM seemed to be more difficult then necessary!

Pros

This is easy to use for what the firm uses for: Powercall and coaching.

Cons

The only con is that you're unable to speak directly with helpdesk unless you go through a chat or email feature.
