Greatest dialer you can get.

I am a user. I have been using this service for over a year in the real estate business, it has been awesome, we can listen to recordings and it's well known that what is not measured cannot be improved.

Pros

This dialer has been a game-changer for us. We love the calling and texting system.

Cons

Nothing. Some bugs here and there, but everything gets resolved quickly.

Awesome product well done

Overall good experience. Kixie has made our call center possible across 5 countries.

Pros

Integration with HubSpot is solid. The product works consistently with no issues

Cons

It can be tricky to setup - but support gets you through it. In fairness, the process is complex (not the software but the actual business case.

The feautures that are most impactful are the auto dialing and call recordings, these also me to run my business more effectively and efficiently.

Cons

Integration with my exisitng business process was simple, quick, and easy. There are no products that are difficult to use .

It does everything we need and the power dialer is beyond what I could have imagined for sales workflows and instant lead calls! Also the team that helped us get started was over the top enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cons

None. There's literally nothing bad about it.

Kixie helps make our systems work together

The team is very reactive to your needs and works to solve the issues right away. Especially Alex. Tickets are not closed until issues are solved, and you can always get a live person on the phone with almost no wait during regular business hours.

Pros

We moved because it connects to out CRM.

Cons

There have been some bugs in the API with the CRM, but that could have been on the CRM side. It was fixed with Kixie's help

Pros

Great experience. Very easy to use the system for calls, as well as sending SMS & Voicemail templates. Cool automation integrations with HubSpot.

Cons

Integrations with marketing analytics are missing. To be able to track performance from marketing campaigns and see CPA for every call.

Tech Support and API ease of use for the win!

Pros

Tech Support were quick to reply to me and resolve a minor issue I had. The API is easy to use.

Cons

Nothing sticks out as far as a con honestly. The only issue I've encountered was resolved within a day of bringing it to Kixie's help desk/tech support

Cons

Do NOT purchase this software. Kixie has deployed predatory business practices such as disallowing subscription cancellation and having a zero refund policy - even for mistaken purchases. They don't operate ethically, and they don't have your best interest in mind.

Kixie increased outbound dialing and voicemail messaging capabilities. Our team's outbound capability has increased dramatically since integrating kixie and salesforce

Cons

ability to view voicemail box. I am not finding a direct option to view missed voicemail messages.

I love the the ability to track and monitor employee calls and habits. its great for coaching sessions.

Pros

I love the click to call feature, very easy to use and we are integrated with Zoho.

Cons

To this point I have honestly not had any issues, The process to integrate with Zoho was very easy.

Pros

it's easy to use to train employees on, it's beneficial to the company to get through double the calls in a day

Cons

It's sometimes slow when dialing, also would like if it would inform that the calls are being recorded

Kixie was great!

It was great, we were really bummed that we couldn't make it work.

Pros

We loved that it was easy to use and very economic.

Cons

For us it didn't work, due to our specific use case, we weren't able to make this work. So if you are looking for more options in the Texting side of your business, get with their support experts and see how well they can accommodate what you want. Don't try to make it work yourself, we learned that the hard way.

Numbers have to be manually checked on a regular basis to ensure spam likely is not on the caller id

We got kixie to get more connects and having local presence helped us achieve that!

Pros

I like that it is very simple to use and that we were up and running within minutes. I also like that they let me use the software for a week before deciding. Great team and customer service.

Cons

Sometimes there is a glitch here and there but all you have to do is uninstall and reinstall.
