We used to use Nextiva but Kixie is a definite improvement.
The UI looks great, the program runs smoothly, customer service is on-point!
I feel integration to other software/apps should be more of a "plug & play" deal.

Again, it was the most unreliable software that I have used in my career. It cost us many lost sales and damaged our reputation with potential customers. I cannot emphasize this enough, for the good of your business, stay away!
On the surface, it had all of the features we needed.
Nothing worked. Various features would stop working at random. I had to retest every IVR and feature daily. Sometimes support would be missing for the entire day. No one is available by phone. The number of bugs and issues was incredible. It was the most unreliable software that I have ever used. We lost tens of thousands of dollars in business due to the malfunctioning phone system, and it damaged our company's reputation. Stay away!

Great
It is easy to use and you can record a voicemail that you can then "drop" instead of having to leave a message for each call. Customer Support is very helpful.
Occasionally I have to restart because I get logged out but that typically happens if I go long periods without daily use.

That it's easy to use, that everything gets recorded so if there's an issue you can always go back and listen to the call
sometimes you loose service or the call drops. But not a big deal.

The futures that I most like is being able to be on the run meaning being able to access your account on you phone or tablet to keep track of your calls. It was easy to get started and easy to use.
That it was a new tool to get started with but best thing that ever happened to me.

This product is super easy to use, working in a call center speed of calls is very important and Kixie has increased my call volume.

overall this is the best dialer ive ever used and has the most features
very easy to use. you can also set up your voicemail and leave recorded voice messages .this is best program i have ever used.
sometimes there are call drops or what not and when i dial and ext you have to except it before it dials the ext.

From sales and customer service they have all been super helpful and great to work with.
Kixie works great with my CRM click the icon and it dials and records my conversations to the CRM. And I can also text and have templates set up to text.
None better then anything else I have used

Kixie is great - simple. Good reporting. Integration is amazing.
Kixie's dialer integration is simple, easy-to-use, and intuitive. We use it to connect to our CRM, HubSpot. Call recordings get attached right to the record. Amazing!!

This product is easy to use, and integrates well with other software. Customers service is quick to respond when asked questions/for help.
Occasionally there can be a 'lag' from the time of initiating a call, and when the call actually starts ringing.

LOVE it. It has saved my company so much time an allowed us to be more productive
We use a CRM that has a calling feature built in, but does not give the ability to do voicemail drops, texting, or call recording. We implemented Kixie and it is a very easy click to call, and if the prospect doesn't answer the phone we can easily leave a voicemail and send a text without having to wait for the voicemail to finish. The automatic call recording is amazing well.
The only thing I would change about it is if the text and voicemail could both go out at the same time with the click of one button rather than two

Kixie support has been great. It has helped me eliminate other softwares and just use Kixie for calls, automation and keeping track of customers. Its pretty much plug and play but during the onboarding call is where kixie won me over. Thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].. Youre the Mann for opening up my eyes to more possibilities with this software. Thanks!

Very excited about this company and can see the value with how much money it can save our company.
It's helps you power through calls and tasks quickly and with ease. It integrates well into our CRM Allows you to track your teams calls, SMS's, productivity, and overall progress. I love that I can jump in on a call and help a team member out. If my line is busy people can leave a VM or SMS and it pops right up!
it takes a little bit to get all your templates set up, but once you are done... it makes life so easy. At this time there is no email template through kixie but it goes straight into your CRM.

this gave me a lot of sales results. and it is very convenient to use. it is very accessible. especially the features that you can integrate the leads directly to kixie dialer. that is awesome!! it is very helpful.
The software is not resulting to any error messages or unlike other dialer that sometimes you need to close and relaunch the application before it works. this is different. it is really a new version as you will never ever encounter any problems using it. ot is really advisable and recommended to hard working sales people.
it does not have any sms capability. it is great but even better if you can put an sms capability because sometimes we need sms too even at work.

Kixie really is the powerhouse for all calling needs. We've been very glad to have this service. It's amazing how much it speeds up the process of reaching out to customers.
We can dial our customers at the click of a button. Kixie also syncs nicely with our Zoho CRM so we can have all conversations recorded under each customer. The text feature is also wonderful and effective with reaching customers and receiving Google Review feedback from them.
I had a hard time starting/learning to use the software. I also didn't like at first the fact that I felt like I had to have a UBS headset and be glued to my desk.

I love using Kixie for my team and I. Kixie integrates with much other software which makes it very easy to link things together. Highly Recommended!
I don't like it when it logs me out from my other devices when I use it with my other device.
