Pros

Want you to succeed and want all forms of feedback to get better. A great company with a beating heart.
The reminder emails are awesome and I'm confident that the emails led to an increased attendance rate overall. Did I mention how great the polls are.
More, you can customize almost everything which is a great advantage. Finally, the support team are very helpful and responsive : they're always ready to help and give good advices.

Pros

Fantastic pricing when purchasing in bulk with a very easy to use interface. Reporting is excellent and it's easy to find out the status of messages sent.
Their product works, it's easy to understand and their service is is amazing. Awesome people working there.
Very easy solution to implement and the support team is fantastic. Very responsive whenever I have a question.

Cons

Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error. Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year.
I mean, the first time I used it I was a bit lost and could not find the Start Webinar option. Maybe They could have had it bigger or vibrate or something.
Guests have audio issues frequently and if they have to dial in it's very confusing and frustrating. If you have a guest speaker that would like to dial in this platform will not work for you.

Cons

Once someone did connect with me, she stuck with me through all questions.
Can not fault the service. No negative to be found.
Our 600$ is still stuck with them. They haven't refunded the amount at all.
