If mailgun gets an IP blacklisted - from other senders - you could end up in trouble. Since they do not answer tickets for 48 hours you might not be able to send mail for 48 hours.

First 10k emails through Mailgun are free, why not give it a try. Transactional outbound emails originating from Mailgun and are less likely to be blocked as spam.

The fact that they don't justify why they refused us their service. I would accept being refused if I did something wrong.

The customer service is terrible. I was able to use MailerSend in a project once; however, the two other projects where I recommended MailerSend received very bad treatment.

It was a bit hard to learn the limitations and it was a bad experience being blocked at reaching a critical bounce rate, even if I understand a mailservice must keep their reputation.

The design of the software is perfect and very easy to use. I went away from SendGrid because of the 2FA every time we login and I think I just found better.
