Pros
I need to chip in, that the customer service is OUTSTANDING - I have NEVER experienced anything like it before, never ever.
Love the product, absolutely love their quick/efficient support team.
Such effective, friendly and easy to use, I really enjoy using it.
Pros
We use this on all our projects to handle transactional emails, this has definitely been a useful software, it's great all round but event webhooks that are domain specific would be great.
The Sparkpost team is clearly committed to improving their product, and they care about their customers. For anyone who's happy to use the API for configuration, using Sparkpost is a no-brainer.
Overall it has tied into our system great, and we have only had a few minor issues. And the nonprofit pricing is great.
Cons
The very few times we detected it went down (5-8 times in two years), there was no notification to us as users and e-mails were lost forever.
Mailparser.io’s flexible integration and quick setup—and lack of desktop installation—ensure that the system itself can work for any company, regardless of size.
I have no idea what they have available now and I feel like I have caught the concept of the parsing (although I still wonder if I am missing some tips and tricks).
Cons
The product is getting worse while the prices are going up. And if they lied about past agreements, they're likely to do it again.
We do tend to go to spam a lot and when looking at Sparkpost, the lingo is very confusing unless you have someone who understands code.
We used sparkpost for more than two years. It seems that several months ago they added some automated abuse detection which flagged our account.
