One service for transactional and marketing email

The alternate email links do not work when you buy a dedicated IP. They want you to pay extra for SSLs if you expect images to be visible in the alternate links which are generated by Sendinblue. This is a big failure given this is a very basic feature expected to function in any such product. They use Let's Encrypt certificate to make the page work but they won't do so for the images in the content and want you to pay 108€/year for each certificate for the images to be displayed.

Easy to use and a very good support team

Nothing but I use only Sendinblue for transactional email and SMTP.

The support is good. Not too hard to use.

I do not get alerts when people subscribe or unsubscribe.

Transactional email service is easy to use and reliable.

An email sender was blocked unexpectedly, but we had to detect it on our own. It would have been helpful if the system affirmatively sent us a notification when the block was first applied.

Attractive responsive design templates available. Several transactional and autoresponder email options.

Tedious account setup, account setup can be a bit easy. Not the most attractive templates. Good looking templates can help the user to work more on the application.

With Sendinblue, you get more than just email marketing software--it's an alternative to Mailchimp and serves as a comprehensive digital marketing hub. In light of Sendinblue's many features, some small business owners and solopreneurs may not find its pricing attractive.

Love the dashboard—the real-time stats. All very easy to use and intuitive. The transactional emails are getting to their destinations! The free trial period is a great test, and having a free level makes this great for very small organizations.

Nothing really. We haven't dug into all the features, just used it for transactional email.

Easy of use. Integration with other platforms

The product is easy to use. The integration with our business process is easy.

One of the most like feature is creating of email list, email subscribers, transactional email setup and more about campaign layout setup, schedule marketing campaigns and create own template. Second I like their delivery process that is at best delivery rate I have experienced.

Somewhere I found whenever their any issue comes in my account, the SendinBlue team block account and then the same account cannot be used even we have some credits in account.

It offers free tier for development work. Great documentation makes it easy for setup and integration. A lot of articles helps you quickly design beautiful templates as you want. Plentiful features: marketing automation, email campaigns, transactional emails, SMS messages, chat..

The only downside for me is I need to send an email to Customer support to activate my account to use Transaction emails. Also, I don't find the option to customize ID in list of email templates.

A low cost email automation and transactional email provider. With Sendinblue, anyone can easily create custom emails, send automated sales messages, and keep customers up to date on your latest news and promotions.

Sendinblue is great, and easy. I have tried many types of products. It's really simple to create a transactional email. symplifying the marketing campain, we recommend highly !!!

It has excellent features, such as the ability to handle transactional marketing, and has a large number of integrations available such as LinkedIn, prestashop, Wordpress and Shopify. Your workflow automation is excellent.

It is not so good when it comes to managing shopping carts, and its contact segmentation engine for marketing campaigns is very little customizable and limiting. Its integration with google analytics is very slow.

The transactional emails are a huge help for ensuring delivery on our websites and apps. Customer service was also incredible.

1. This is bit expensive for us, as compared to other email marketing options.

I like the Transactional Email feature in sendinblue. It's easy to integrate into my solution, with drag and drop editor. Furthermore, it provide me with analytic report that I will be aware of the delivery status of my email.

1. I would like to have the configuration for 'default sender', that auto applied to all email template. 2. The page responsiveness for loading shall be improved. Sometimes wait for a few seconds for the page to load. 3. Some of the limitation shall specified in the Plan package description, be fully transparent.

With a WordPress installation, sending emails via PHP doesn't work well. SendinBlue makes all those problems go away. Emails sent via SendinBlue make it to destination inboxes where PHP mail does not.

I have trouble finding anything wrong with SendinBlue. It works as promised, handles all the outgoing emails and has a robust logging system.

Is easy to use, you can manage all your contact without limits and you can switch subscription based on you needs.

I think the tool could improve the integration with the most famous e-commerce platform (Woocommerce, Shopify) in order to manage better transactional and marketing email adding suggested product and ore.

The campaign management interface is simple. The drag-and-drop content editor is very easy to use. It offers fast and reliable bulk email delivery, unlimited contact storage, automated transactional email, and third-party integrations, for a lower price than the alternatives.

Quite a lot of email templates from the Gallery are a bit outdated and non-professional. We end up building them ourselves using their drag-and-drop designer.

Interface is a bit clunky but for some reason all email systems are (except mailchimp but that’s expensive)

Its free version provides necessary feature except limitation to number of email. But this way I can use this and see how it works before paying for premium features. Automation helped me and my team to send transactional emails to clients to make them aware of them about status. It's easy to make it integrate with our website and their support always have answer to our queries.

Searching a contact from long list sometimes fails, and I need to remember their emails to add it manually, a bit of frustration. Also, me and tech teams struggled to integrate it with custom SMTP server and Gmail too.

I like how theemail template builder works. Very straightforward to build and then launch a campaign. Love the fact it works also as a transactional email service to use on my clients website.

The price could be a bit lower compared with the competition, but still not a deal breaker.
