Pros

DerButton is an easy to use tool with a lot of great features. Love the user experience and the simplicity of it.
I really like that it is all in one package - scheduling, online meeting and charging. Great features like being able to record and download the meetings, share screen and so on.
It is so easy to to hop into a meeting with a client or partner. The booking feature is great but the ability to start a quick meeting is by far my favorite feature currently.

Pros

Janna was my technical support representative and she was excellent. She had a great attitude.
RingCentral is wonderful for a small business. I love that I don't even have to have a phone.
I had the pleasure of working with several techs and they both did an excellent job on both cases, especially Ronald.

Cons

For example if two or more need to schedule a call with me we must do it through another service. But it is possible there is a feature to do this I am unaware of).
Difficult to be demanding. Maybe more flexibility in the form builder, more options, etc.
Occasionally I'll run into a big when making changes on the backend.

Cons

It's very confusing when signing up new staff as it appears you will be charged at the beginning of the process.
Lackluster support, misleading plan details. Most of these reviews are suspicious.
Price structure is confusing when not included in a bundle option. Menu system can be hard to get to when in a call, and some of the options are not found easily enough.
