Pros

Their customer service team is amazing and very helpful. Whenever I call them, they go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied and that my issue is resolved.
I loved how robust this software was. It has the ability to incorporate so many facets of event management to create as much of a seamless event as possible.
This software is great to track all sorts of information for events. Went to their user conference in July and loved meeting the geniuses of their company.

In my opinion, these products are awful. They have tried to dumb down the software and make everything drag and drop that it is very difficult to use effectively.
I don't know if the issue was software-based, or due to admin error, however. I think part of the problem is that the system can be complicated in setting up, and needs expertise to fully leverage.
Getting the software setup for the conference I was app was difficult to say the least. Multiple attempts, strange errors, but I eventually got it.
