Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Their support is awful and will blame every issue on your network or computers even before they know any details on your pc or connection. Calls get crossed with other lines sometimes. Unfortunately, we had to continuously log in and out of the application in order for the system to update any calls blocked. This was annoying at times.

We enjoyed using the Marketing 360 because this platform has an excellent and intuitive toolbar, as well as an amazing support service that helped customize everything to fit our needs.

There is room for improvement, but management hasnt seemed interested in making improvements. They contacted me directly when there was an administrative (billing issue), which was appreciated. I also like the flexible services and ability to setup trunk accounts. Ease of use to convert our SIP services over to a new provider. The porting process was seamless, the customer service communication was effective, and the after cutover support has been stellar.
