Being that Microsoft is used worldwide it has made it possible to utilize Outlook in many work environments.

Why you need to use outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is not as robust as Google Gmail. I still use Outlook for personal purposes because of required updates associated with Microsoft products; however, it is not my "go-to" email. I don't like that it does not have an automatic external hard drive like Google products.

MS Outlook seems to be the go to email provider for pretty much every business I have come across with the exception of a few. The newer features in MS Outlook 2010 and newer with the ability to setup automatic replies for certain time periods as well as searching for past emails from a certain person that you can narrow down to a specific time period, whether or not the email has an attachment, or even if you were not the direct recipient.

As mentioned, Outlook is our main line of communication for our whole agency that is 5,000 plus employees and thats not counting the numerous outside providers we communicate with,  with confidence that our communications are secure and private, there are many features we use in combination with this program. It has been sufficient and reliable for our entire agency.

My company has switched to AD and now we are using Outlook (admin and user) with MS Teams. They work amazingly good when coupled together. The are built to scale in enterprise networks. For small startup setup, this is not a good idea, but to scale to enterprise level, they provide you multiple secure ways to access and assess.

Best tool for email available in market!

I use Outlook everyday to communicate effectively with my co-workers and contacting external companies. The automatic meeting notifications and the integration with Q360 are also great.
