The customer support for the software is terrible. I emailed them about questions on the software and it took them 2 weeks to respond, and then the response was very vague.

It was unable to receive texts the way i needed it to. To cancel you have to call the company.

Calls get dropped all the time. Every 20 minutes it struggles to keep up and then the call drops.

Despite the verification, my bounce rates were slightly higher than anticipated. Hard to know if that is an issue with my email settings or bad email addresses, etc.
