Pros

MightyCall is new, and you can tell in all the best ways. The apps and website are clean and easy to use, the pricing tiers are common sense, and the support team is responsive.
I like the portability and ease of administration. I am not locked into my office, and with their features it is comforting to know that the phone call is recorded allowing a higher level of CRM.
I like the clean interface and the look of the software dashboard. I liked that they had a promotion for a half price trial period for 3 months.

Pros

It is a really well designed application and for the things you do often, like booking a court, it is perfect.
The team are also fantastic and incredibly helpful.
Great Product just falls short on 2 important features.

Cons

I never spend the time to write a review but the aggression I have went through with this company is crazy.
Then, they kept charging me after I cancelled and there wasn't even a phone number on the account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
For the prime price that we were paying the support was terrible not to mention the service. We ended up just using this service through the computer for phone calls.

Cons

Lack of low-cost options to enable direct payments via the site, e.g. using poli which is essential for once off visitors to our training sessions. Lack of membership attendance tracking.
The lack of a limited admin role - you can either see everything but edit nothing, or see and edit everything.
It used to be a bit cumbersome to scroll through every member's names in alphabetical order when in the finance section but that problem was solved by an update very soon after I raised the issue.
