Pros

MightyCall is new, and you can tell in all the best ways. The apps and website are clean and easy to use, the pricing tiers are common sense, and the support team is responsive.
I like the portability and ease of administration. I am not locked into my office, and with their features it is comforting to know that the phone call is recorded allowing a higher level of CRM.
I like the clean interface and the look of the software dashboard. I liked that they had a promotion for a half price trial period for 3 months.

Pros

The ability to easily customize the forms and reports is a big strength.
LogicManager has been a great tool for our company, helping us to institute a repeatable ERM program with heavy involvement across the company.
This has enabled tracking, reporting, and visibility to processes that wasn't available before LogicManager. The Customer Support team has been amazing.

Cons

I never spend the time to write a review but the aggression I have went through with this company is crazy.
Then, they kept charging me after I cancelled and there wasn't even a phone number on the account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
For the prime price that we were paying the support was terrible not to mention the service. We ended up just using this service through the computer for phone calls.

Cons

The system is so flexible that it can be intimidating when first approaching implementation.
The software could be a little more customizable, especially in terms of ERM risk scoring methodology.
LogicManager is not the most sophisticated risk platform available, but it has so far been able to reproduce everything that we have been looking for.
