Pros

Very good just want more because they are that good. Great product and great programming of it.
They benefitted from the ease of use and increased standard of quality of their work.
I quickly learned the essentials to get what I needed. Besides all the ease of use, the tech support team is wonderful.

Pros

Very easy to use, integrates with email seamlessly, video quality is very good. Often with other tools, certain platforms work and other don't.
What I like most about Zoom is that it's always been a pretty solid connection to the other parties and sound quality is great.
It's super easy to use both on your phone/tablet and on the computer. It is great for both PCs and Macs and the share screen option works perfectly.

Cons

You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
Some of the integrations are limited. It is a bit more difficult to use 'live' data as a source within the forms.
Because it's only a one direction connection. The related data or sub data will not be created or connected to their parent.

Cons

My boss was unaware of this and struggled to sign into the conference call until the very end. Connection was spotty and had a delay with heavy echo.
Meeting setup can be a bit confusing - this is a pretty common problem among most platforms, but generating conference ID can get a little confusing depending on who is navigating the meeting.
The recent discovery of the forced video/automatic video without your warning due to the install on your machine is very concerning, and I avoid this software now because of this.
