Motus is very easy to use and accurately tracks mileage, history, and routes taken. It takes the guesswork out of calculating your driving history. highly recommend.

There are not many cons that I can think of regarding this product.

Motus is so easy to use, nothing needs to be done. It’s great, and any time I have an issue or question it is resolved that day with killer customer support!

Sometimes the shorter trips don’t save, but is resolved by just hitting the refresh button on those trips.

What I will like most about this software is not having to use it ever again. From the standpoint of a daily user, there is nothing positive to say about the software. The only entities benefitting from my use of this software are the company for which I work and Motus. I am LOSING significant money every month on gas.

Hmmm, let's see. My complaints are the same as virtually ever other users' complaints. The software is unreliable and inaccurate. I've been forced to use it for about six months now and it has never tracked mileage accurately. It is ALWAYS in the favor of the company and is always off by at least several hundred miles. Aside from this, if one reads the complaints, these are the exact same complaints that many others have expressed about this app for years. YEARS! And those complaints have never been addressed. There are only two possible conclusions here: 1-Motus is incapable of fixing their own app or 2-Motus just doesn't care. Either way, if you're using it to track and get reimbursed for your mileage, it is very likely you are getting screwed.

The ease to enter and track mileage. User can track mileage and usage.

Not really a "con", but wished my monthly stipend was more, to assist in paying more of my monthly car payment.

It's super easy to use. Even if you are not tech savvy, you can use this product.

Reviewing mileage before submitting. it takes a long time to go day by day/ trip by trip to make sure the data is accurate

Everything about the app is very easy to use. The best part is the customer service. They handled my questions and took care of everything I needed the first time. Highly recommend for individuals and companies of all sizes to keep accurate mileage usage.

I don’t have anything at this time I didn’t like. There are times the address is off by a small distance.

Sometimes if I forget to track trips it’s hard to search some addresses to enter manual trips

I liked that it saved my past locations that I would visit weekly for easier tracking at the end of the month when it came time to submit milage very helpful.

dont think anything was missing for Motus I was happy with the way it was being used easier for tarcking and keeping that accountability on track and piece of mind.

The most impactful tools are mileage tracking and GPS that i use to do my Expense Reports.

There is nothing i dislike about Motus. I love this Product.

It would be helpful to be able to manually search for destinations by place name, in addition to address.

Its easy, intuitive, seamless, straightforward and simple to navigate

Sometimes I need to edit trips and thats not as straight forward

Motus is very easy to use and it saves a lot of time and aggravation. Everything can be done directly from the app - even uploading documents. It is very accurate - the only time i've had to adjust my mileage before submitting is when i come back from vacation and that is very easy to do!

This product makes tracking my miles during the week very easy. I dont even need to think about it.

The software (app) seems to burn through my phone's battery quickly

I would like for there to be a second prompt to confirm before deleting a trip. At time I have accidentally deleted a trip due to the placement of the prompt to delete.

I like the feature of being able to pinpoint where I've been in case I need to look back at an address to repeat my visit.

I wish that you could monitor when its on by a simple large check mark to say good to go or something similar.

Nothing. It takes month to be reimbursed, customer service does not have answers to my questions and does not reomiburse me the correct amount

Everything said above. It's a horrible product which does not reimburse what we are suppossed to receive

Ease of use, I try and complete my mileage entry into Motus everyday and it only takes moments to complete.

Very positive, I do not see any negatives to Motus.

Just the ease of use and getting the most out of the miles I drive. Very accurate.

It's easy enough to use. Good mobile phone app.

Limited features on mobile phone app. Some "lag" in data entry. GPS location is not used when manually entering address.

I like the reporting and ease of use on both mobile and desktop versions

There isn't anythng negative I can say about motus it is easy to use and hasn't given me any issues
