I think it can be a good site for a small organization. Weekly reports were helpful.
Customer service was lacking. When we encountered issues the response time was often days. In the end, this led to a decrease in confidence in the software and it's accuracy. I think the overall look and functionality is outdated. I don't think it was user friendly for our contributors.
