Would not want to recommend them - that says it all
Once set up and working it is simple for the end users to use but it is a phone system not rocket science after all so that would be a must-have.
Set up and support from Nfon is awful. I was very surprised to see how poorly they handled the setup of some core functionality

Cloudya is easy to install, configure and get started. I have been using it daily for more than 6 months and I plan to equip my second company with the same solution. I use the features of IVR, call grouping, time restriction. I had messages recorded by a studio to have a totally professional solution. I recommend without hesitation!
