Pros

I like Harmony best, mostly with the Wallboard and Utilities. In Wallboard, you can see who is not on the phone.
With Noble Systems, you can manage your contact center (inbound and outbound dialing), it is a very good CRM solution and they have great customer service.
The user interface is great. Some of the game functionality like duals were attractive.

Pros

You want the best for your business. Because this is only if you want the best.
Our employees have a work tool that they are really happy with and that has increased their efficiency.
The best piece of dialer software i've ever tried, I don't believe there is such a product on the market as good as this one, it's a must try.

Cons

Its is a very frustrating system to learn initially, and it very expensive compared to other dialers.
Inability to schedule reports and export in a format we can use. Crystal viewer is the only platform which we cannot support.
Took me too long to finish and the page crushed, had to redo the whole thing.

Cons

Some features are still missing, but are all being developed.
While this isn't an issue with Adversus, it's the only negative thing I could think of.
