Pros

The marketing facilities are excellent, the option to record conversations for training is very good.
Quality and Support, we tried many solutions before, but the Nuacom Platform and the Portal fitted the best for our needs.
Excellent, responsive, thorough, professional. Robust low bandwidth employment system.

Pros

It is an awesome thing using this software. I would recommend this to all to use it.
Perhaps I'm paying too much attention to customer service with my praise, but I just cannot help but feel satisfied having happened upon Aloware.
Many helpful features and creative uses. Makes marketing tracking super easy and automated.

Cons

I business phone number always with me without any costly roaming charges.
No real problems with it. Configuring the call routing takes a bit of work.
No dislikes really for the last couple of year of use.

Cons

I really don't have one that I can articulate. Every problem we've had, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] worked extremely hard to fix immediately.
Upload templates became difficult on certain computer.
