Pros

We use this software to help our business promote helpful ways we can save our customers money and helpful tips and tricks they can use when thinking about fueling.
I am the admin of the system for my company and i have an overall good experience with the system. My reps provide great support and my user base really likes the system.
ON24's ability to integrate with our CRM and share engagement analytics is incredibly helpful from a customer support perspective. It paints a picture of what my customers are interested in.

Pros

Fantastic pricing when purchasing in bulk with a very easy to use interface. Reporting is excellent and it's easy to find out the status of messages sent.
Their product works, it's easy to understand and their service is is amazing. Awesome people working there.
Very easy solution to implement and the support team is fantastic. Very responsive whenever I have a question.

Cons

Sometimes the quality can be lacking in the video, this could be a problem on our end. I would also say that the delay between the speaker and the audience can be a little frustrating at times.
We struggle trying to edit a past webinar, i.e., shorten it, delete slides, etc. Sometimes we want to cut half of a slide out, and struggle with this editing part.
Sometimes if I need to navigate away from the webinar and just have it running in the background as I am listening, it times out. That is more of an end user complaint though.

Cons

Once someone did connect with me, she stuck with me through all questions.
Can not fault the service. No negative to be found.
Our 600$ is still stuck with them. They haven't refunded the amount at all.
