What counts to us

Really like Onsip and again its because of the customer service

Pros

Because we are a small company, I have so many different roles to play that I cannot be expert on the phones however because Onsip has such phenomenal customer service, I can know that if there is something I don't know how to do, they will walk me through it.

Cons

Features might be limited somewhat for our system

Support team is great when you have issues.

Cons

Parts of the features are over my head, but that’s not their fault. I’m a novice user.
