Pros

Not only was it easy to set up, the quality was nearly flawless with no noticeable lag-time (well above our next best alternative).
I like all of the features that Onstream offers and the clarity of the call was very good. It is a good value for the price.
I like that it was very easy to navigate and to personalize my use. The instructions were clear and allowed me to use the software with ease.

Pros

Great I got it through Nextiva which was giving it away for free during Covid. Like I said Quality wise this is king.
Has whiteboard su[pported for remote collaboration. Awesome integrations with Amazon products.
Great tool for communicating. Supports many features like videoconferencing and screen sharing.

Cons

The connection with the website seemed to lag and be slow at times depending on time of day. The cost was another factor.
There is a complex way to enter and invite guests that if you have to start over or get confused it can be a bit overwhelming.
Everything worked fine and the experience was as expected. I did not experience any concerns or problems.

Cons

It used to crash during call and sometimes used to hog all the cpu resources. Mostly everyone complained not able to join the meeting on time as the software didn't launch the meeting.
The only way we can get it to work is to have everyone mute themselves, but then there is no group interaction. Also, it stops working and needs to be reinstalled constantly.
It's the worst communications tool I've ever used. If our IT VP would allow it, I'd stop using it in a second.
