t's anything but a decent and positive experience by and large
"It is incredible to have the option to utilize a "safe" apparatus versus the interpreters accessible on the web, particularly for a portion of the more specialized dialects which as a precise interpretation." "Worldwide, the utilization of this product let we save part of time and give me admittance to numerous records without to request that my contacts decipher, excellent help for my correspondence." "I loved the one next to the other perspectives on unique and deciphered dialects. I loved that the product created interpretation was in front of what google decipher can do." "I required an additional hand when my responsibility got to overpowering. Pairaphrase was an enormous assistance to complete things in an incredible time span."
"This product battles powerfully with dividing. For instance, if the first record has the accompanying." "Most noticeably awful - the product is extremely helpless when the first report contains list items, numbered records, alphabitized records, and so forth" "The issue with dispersing changes the information 'word' and demolishes the interpretation. Additionally, entire sentences are essentially missed inside passages."

My experience with Pairaphrase has been great. I needed an extra hand when my workload got to overwhelming. Pairaphrase was a huge help to get things done in a great time frame.
What I like most of this software is how fast i can get my documents translated.
So far I have not had any bad experiences with the program.

This was a short project and I abandoned pairaphrase quickly because I couldn't rely on it for our complex files. This may work for others but I'd advise to troubleshoot your excel translate function. Especially since MS hasn't figured it out either, or at least not to in a way that is obvious to me (not a very savvy translation user.....)
Easy enough translation of word docs. But honestly you can do that in the MS Word program quicker.
We had complex excel files that were said to be 75% translated and simply were not. I ended up again using a not very sophisticated process using in program translator in MS Word and Excel.

The accuracy of the end product. When I am on a time crunch to get a report back to the executives in the company, it is critical that I get it done and get it done well. Pairaphrase helps with that!
Getting through using it for the first time.

I liked the use of color to differentiate machine-generated from human-supplied words. I liked the side-by-side views of original and translated languages. I liked that the software-generated translation was ahead of what google translate can do.
I thought the cost was high. It was difficult to get into the free trial and it didn't last very long.

We are a multilingual organization and some of our technical or sales rep prefer to enter information in their native language
It is great to be able to use a "secure" tool vs the translators available online, especially for some of the more technical languages which as an accurate translation.
Some of the translations aren't 100% accurate but the context is accurate.

It is okay. I deal with lots of very technical regulatory documents and Japanese is a difficult language for any software translation
Interface is pretty easy to use, however, I get the same results using Microsoft translator that is built into Office. It is helpful with PDF docs but accuracy for Japanese translation is an issue. You can get the idea if going from Japanese to English but from English to Japanese, i find it is not accurate enough.
Having to cut and paste into the software to translate emails from Japan when I can just click on a button in Outlook and it translate automatically with the same results

As I work with Asia, America and Europ and have to use share documents from several languages, so Pairaphrase is the right tool for me to have quick translations of complete documents. If it's just for rough understanding, I keep the document as is, but if I need to share, recheck of every line is necessary. Globally, the use of this software let we save lot of time and give me access to many documents without to ask my contacts to translate, very good support for my communication.
The way to use it is very simple, and all countries WW I work with can be translated, enough to understand the meaning. I appreciate to keep all pictures and shapes from ppt or word, and formula in Excel. Very convenient
I lose quite a lot of time in ppt to resize text, which is the main issue for me.

Frustrating and a feeling that simple google translate would be easier and faster and often times more accurate - caused by problems with the software's ability to correctly input words and phrases and the software's tenancy to apply bold and italic when it is not in the original without the prompt or ability to correct.
it runs the translation while i work on other things and it remembers (sometimes to a fault - see below) the inputs from previous translations.
Worst - the software is very poor when the original document contains bullet points, numbered lists, alphabitized lists, etc. it is also quite frustrating that if I have an italicized or bold word in an early document, the software will almost always translate that word (or sentence) in the future to an italicized or bold translation, even if the original input was not italicized or bold. Which...

It has been a good and positive experience overall.
It does a very good translation. It does not fully substitute the "must have" dominion of the language and variations of the language that I am translating into, instead Pairaphrase saves me time specially if I have a substantial amount of documents to translate. It is quick and easy to use.
I believe it would help even more if translates the document full page by page instead of line by line per page.

Excellent and very satisfactory to translate French-English. As for the cost value, I put 5 stars but I have no idea of what it cost to my company.
User friendly and the communications you send us are not too much and very pertinent in helping using the program to the best. I am learning gradually without spending too much time on trials! Keeping up a library on our own excel program, which I still have to save in pairaphrase and test its efficiency. Seems a great plus value!
A reference file to be able to click on in order to learn about features that we may not know. I was registered by my employer, no information given - no training. So, self-learning if easy but I am sure I would learn about other features I might not even know you have.

The software does having a learning curve and feels like it is going to be missing some function but after the learning how to use it become much better and has all the functions needed
Is a bit slow to run the app could use a bit of optimise there. The app has slight learning curve which could be removed with simplicity

I love how I can simply submit an entire PowerPoint file and have the native file automatically translated by Pairaphrase. It's a HUGE time saver!
It would be easier to have your most used languages accessible through a shortcut so I don't have to scroll down all the way to find them.

Pairaphrase is easy to use and provides great value for businesses with global team members.
Pairaphrase works so much better than free options (like Google Translate). The free software will usually just transfer everything literally, but Pairaphrase is a little better about translating in a way that's much more easily understood. You can also change specific words or phrases throughout the document you're translating.
It works well with word documents but sometimes the formatting on PowerPoint will change after the translation.
